Sorry, I couldn't make it today. I should be able to participate in the next practice race though. Also, I have recruited one of my friends (PSN: Magnemite) and he will be joining us for the rest of the season starting next race.

Great battle between me, Johny and Aliens that started after pitstops, and went all the way to the last lap. We each led each other for considerable amounts of time, but in the end, I got damaged on the chicane, and I think Aliens muffed up the last turn, so johny came out with 2nd.
Great win by Wiifreak, who pulled out from working with me, 5 seconds behind before the pitstops, to pulling out a 20 second lead, clearly benefiting from out battle.

RACE REPORT! RACE REPORT!
Well, i have to say im pretty gutted with the result today. Starting a career best 3rd i managed to get into the lead after a poor start from Wii. For the first lap things were great until i made the stupid mistake of mucking up the downhill chicane and letting alien through. Then i made another mistake by hitting the inside barrier on the last corner and as if by magic everyone was going past me, wii, mule, GTP.
Managed to get back into 3rd on the 2nd lap then GTP mad a mistake in the last 2 corners and i was through into 2nd. Happy days! Then GTP managed get back on me and i think i was slowing him up and i did think about letting him through (gay!) so we didnt let alien get away from us. By lap 5 wii and mule had caught us, everyone in each others tow. Then through lap 6 i had a gaggle of integras all over me. At the end of lap 6 the gaggle had passed me with a mistake at the last corner. Then on lap 7 i made my biggest mistake of the race!
For some reason i couldnt see the 200 hundred metre board because of one of the guys ID's above theyre car and i totally missed my braking point and totally took out wii, sorry wii. And so started the most unconsistent laps of my GT5 life! It seemed to go on for ages, locking brakes here, touching walls there and i just fell back further and further from the battle for 2nd and with the tyres going off this just made things a whole lot worse.
From then on it was a pretty lonely race for me. I stopped on lap 16 and from then chased as hard as could. Running in the mid 1:14s i managed to get within about 5 seconds of the battle for 2nd, which i hear was epic, shame i couldnt bloody see it. Oh well, on to the next cracking race then!
Oh yeah, alien was way out in front, but by the end of the race wii was way out in front. What happened there? I know wii's freaking fast but he's not that freaking fast!!

No problem, accidents happen.
I caught up to Aliens and passed him before we pit on lap 16. I had about a second lead going into the pits, but I came out with a +5 second lead somehow. I image Aliens got caught behind someone when leaving his pit stall which would have held him up.
After that though I ran consistent mid 1:13's, until the tires began to wear and my times increased to mid 1:14's. Johny, Mule, and Aliens ended up being grouped together after pitting and they began their battle for second. Because they were battling each other, they weren't running very fast laps so I was pulling away by about 1-2 seconds per lap. Had they not been battling and were instead spread out from each other my lead over second place wouldn't have been nearly as big.

Quick report by me.
I didn't really bother with tuning my gear ratios, so I still had the ones from Le Mans, so I didn't get a good a jump off the line as what I usually do. Wiifreak never got going, and I was able to get by him, however going into turn 2, I hit somebody, and ended up slowing down, and was back in 5th. Turn 4, Alex tried getting under me, but I defended him, and got going again.
Some good racing early on, Wiifreak and I ended up a few seconds behind everyone, so I decided to glue myself to his bumper, and we caught up to syjones and Johny in no time. I was able to mis syjones as he messed up turn 4, and collected Wiifreak, so it was just me and Johny for a bit. For some reason I wasn't working with him near as well as what I was with Wiifreak, so he was able to catch up to us, and pass us. I tried hooking back up with him, as I knew he was going to the front, but Johny wasn't letting me.
I pit one lap earlier than everyone, on lap 15, and it paid off, as I was right behind Aliens, and was making time with him. However, Johny was in our draft, and caught up to us, and the dogfight was on. I tried to work with both of them, but 3 cars are slower than 2 on this track, especially when we all kept bumping into each other, and going 3-wide, etc. Wiifreak quickly checked out, so I figured that if it was a race they wanted, it was a race they were getting.
We all weren't the cleanest, but on a tight street circuit, it was pretty inevitable. I wasn't really pushing that hard at first, but was still able to lead for good chunks of time, inbetween trying to bump draft with Aliens to try to lose Johny. With about 6 laps to go, though, we were all starting to get more aggressive, and I was able to hold them off for the most part. My car was definitely fast, but I was starting to lose my tires by then, due to the harder racing than the first stint. I think I took the lead again on the last lap, but lost it in turn 4 after I hit the wall, which damaged the left front, then I hit the wall again in the chicane, which left me the odd man out on the podium
Overall a very great race. And if I keep this up for the next few weeks, Le Mans should go very well for me.
