I'm confused by it all to be fair Lotus are powering three teams, HVM, KV and Bryan Herta I think, is that right haha?

Yep, the Green and Yellow colouring on the website and logo threw me I'll change it around.

EDIT: Or not, KV are Chevy powered now but are still running Green/Yellow I think.

Fun fact: My dad called the KV Racing place and asked about getting me a diecast model for Christmas They didn't have it out yet, but I have Marco Andretti's Venom Energy!

Prior to the tire model change the comfort mediums were only about one second/lap slower than the rain tires in 70% to 100% wet conditions at high speed ring making the decision to even change to wets questionable.

I believe that only the tyre wear was changed, and not the tyre grip.

Since all aids apart from skid recovery are allowed, I'll be surprised to not see the majority of people using ASM and high traction control for any races with a lot of rain/surface water. That'll probably only be Feyhill for this season. Advantages of using ASM and high TC in the wet are- better tyre wear due to not spinning the rear tyres as much and not skidding around as much, and having it be nearly impossible to spin, all at the cost of something like half a second per lap.

TCS and ABS are limited to 1 by the way, so high TCS is out of the question 👍
