Most of those who said they're in haven't said anything since then, i hope they check the thread regularly anyway and will show up on saturday.. maybe the organizers could send a message to everyone before the weekend to make sure?

Not long until the first race! I hope we'll get everyone ready before Saturday; we have had an inherent lack of activity in this thread so I hope everybody realises that it's going to happen.

I will admit that it has been a while since I drove my MR2 but I have been playing around in other cars.

I'm ready with my 3000GT, weirdly enough when i tested it today i was 3 seconds faster than last time i tested it at tsukuba.. i must have sucked royally before then. Still guessing i will languish at the bottom in the race but hoping to prove myself wrong.

What did u run?

Done a 1:09.6 with the 'old Silvia... Cant do any better with the excessive sliding :D

i think i did a 1:10:3 but i felt there was at least half a second more to get if i could have put together a perfect lap..

Im testing a couple of new old cars..:) I´ll put the laptimes up later today, but it seems at the moment , that I might want to change car for the event.

Here are some laptimes..done offline, remember online times are probably more than 1 sec slower. I hope to have time to try these 3 cars in my lounge later today.

The Supra SZ-R ´97 : 1:09.601 , very stable and tires dont seem to wear out too fast.
The 240 SX ´96 : 1:09.139 , also very consistent and easy to handle.
The Skyline GT-S ´89 : 1:08.916 , this car is a handful, I can only achieve laps this fast with new tires, after a few laps times drop 6/10´s of a second, and the car is all over the place.

Why is there such difference between online and offline?

I wonder if i'll be able to produce a fast lap during qualifying, i'm not very good under pressure. I've been racing some with GTP_Racing this week and man evertime he comes close i feel like, now i have to show that i'm good at driving and then a second later i crash :P (let's pretend i do it on purpose so that everyone will think i'm really bad when we come to the race and then i'll surprise everybody..)

If i don't start last or second to last i am really satisfied. :)

Nice idea:tup:👍

Sign me up if theres any room left.

PSN: Miizzoo

Car: .. not decided yet..

Qualifying starts at 6:20 but the room will probably be up about 5:40...

The reason Quali starts at 6:20 is because I have a friend who doesnt eat unti 6PM lol.

Edit: As in, he eats too early

No more sign ups now, lets get this championship going! :)

Thanks for all the people who have signed

Hey i just realised a thing.. in the list of drivers there's 19 names.. how are we supposed to fit 19 drivers in one race?

my car is still the 3000GT SR (J) '98, thought i'd post it again since you haven't put it up in the list.

I realized that too. but *We will have 15 minute long Qualifying sessions before the race., maybe the best drivers have to qualify, 3 will be out??..
