LCC Rocket Super Lap

Can i just say that all these people moaning about SRF, that for me personally it has been a godsend for me as i would never be anywhere near the position that i'm in now because of it. I think PD have spared a thought for DS3 users on this game as there is like 80% pad users to 20% wheel users and plus they're outrageously expensive to buy. I think SRF should be called Marmite... You rather love it or hate it :)
I have Logitech DFGT and it costs only 150USD,DS3 cost 50USD.

@GTP_CargoRatt Sorry i didn't mean to rattle your cage i was speaking about SRF haters in general. I just saw JPs post and thought i'd throw it out there that SRF isn't such a bad thing thats all.

For me (and I'm sure many) its not about the price but the physical room a wheel a pedal takes up, I'd have to start using the attic to store it in, either that or get a sprog adopted....
Same here, i don't have much room for a wheel setup unless my sis moves out of her huge bedroom which i can see her living in til she's 90 lol. lol @ adopt a sprog :)

Put the sprog on a well known auction site. Other sites are available.

This tune may not be for everyone, but it works really good for me and how I like my cars to handle. It took me longer than usual to work out the tune for this car, but once I got this cars handling figured out, it became a blast to drive. Good luck everyone. Peace, and as always, stay fast my friends.
Hi

Nice Setup, thanks. But how you Guy´s know the best Transmission Setup for every gear ? That's the biggest challenge for me :D

Since transmission is a key element of trying to get this car to go around the track, I just adjusted the max speed settings afte buying the Full Customization transmission package. The top speed I mostly looked for was about 170 mph. I managed a simple bronze. Not sure what time I clocked, but it wasn't really close to the Silver time.

I can only speak for myself here as different people may have different methods. I first try my 6 different methods of setting up my transmission as a base. After I get done testing that and figure out which base is best for the specific car/track combo and the engine upgrades I have used, its just down to testing after that. For instance, in the esses here at Suzuka, I try to set the trans up so that I can remain in the same gear throughout that section. You do not want to be shifting gears in the middle of a twisty section like that as it will only slow you down. I try to set up each gear so that I can be in the proper RPM range for a given corner. Sometimes though you can't always have a perfect setup like that and you will just have to make sacrifices. It all just comes down to testing and trial and error after you get a good base transmission setup. I have a hard time explaining these things but I do know what I'm doing, really I do. Maybe someone can come along and explain it a bit clearer for you if you don't understand what I'm trying to say. Hope I have been of some help.

Great battle up front with Ramon and Samurai  everytime I improve the leaders have already moved the goal farther away by the time I back out to update haha :P very highly contested

... gotta mention the excellent laptimes from Crank and the other guy using dualshocks  👍

You can get 323hp with stage 2 engine with CargoRatt;s tune. Great lap by the way.
I got 324hp using CargoRatt's tune by using stage 3 tune, sports computer, racing exhaust, isometric manifold, sports catalytic converter, standard intake, high rpm turbo. Power limiter at 98.7 to get 590PP with 200kg ballast at position 28.

Damn Crank I was gradually closing in on you last night and you go and make .3 today :irked:

Hahaha only messin :P ... Great time mate 👍

Amazing tune! Since I haven't tried tuning for a long time I ended up with a very unstable car and not a better lap time then 2:08.628 :banghead:

Now with this tune in my 2nd lap I had a 2:04.481 with a DS3 with still a few errors so improvement should be there. Respect how you managed to create such a stable car 👍
