The collection is building...

PSA alert today is the final day/24hours left before the McLaren F1 in Historic Orange sells out.

If you been on the fence remember there's no guarantee this color will appear again.

Is this a rare colour then? I was saving to buy an F1 when this came up so I bought it just because I needed it for my collection, but if it's a rare colour then that's even better!

I think its the first time it appears in Historic Orange in the game.

Of course I can only go back to when I bought the game not sure if it has before I bought the game.

I update my current balance

Total I have: 32,471,392 Cr.

I'm still missing 20 milions but I can sell some cars, I will be in a travel from december 16th to 31th, sure in these two weeks some of my needed cars show up and get out of stock, just to piss me haha

How many colors of the 400R have showed up in the LCD so far? I've owned yellow, silver, red, white and dark grey and would definitely love to have one in blue to add to the collection.

I wasn't gonna buy another f50 since I already own x20 but a 4 mile lcd car is rare so I pull the trigger.👍

Also I have a question the Ferrari flagship car for each decade are.

Ferrari GTO '84
Ferrari F40
Ferrari F50
Ferrari Enzo
LaFerrari?

I'm trying to collect x20 of each Ferrari flagship car.

Already have.

Ferrari GTO '84 - x5
Ferrari F40 - x5
Ferrari F50 - 20+
Ferrari Enzo - 20+
LaFerrari - x20+

That's correct. It is what collectors like to call "the big 5". 😎

I have to ask. This colour thing. Is it about simulating reality with original paint? You can after all buy the paints like "historic orange" here and paint the car. I think I even read someone sold an F1 to buy it in different color..😬

I'm not one for grinding 20 mils to buy one car in a different colour, personally, but the cheaper cars I'm keen for in their respective original colours. A number of them have a different interior/exterior colour combination which you can't recreate by just changing the paintwork.

The F50 is an example of where I'm going to sell my existing F50 (of the same colour) and re-buy, simply because it's only got 4 miles on the clock, versus the 1,000 miles on my current car. It's not like it makes an actual difference to the gaming experience, it's just nice to see how far you've actually driven a car without making a log of each car's mileage when you buy it then comparing against where it ends up...

I can only speak for myself but I like keeping a few 100% original and stock.

I don't mind painting over my cars if I have more then a few of each.

Sample I have painted over so many of my F1s that I have no idea if 1 or 2 are the 2 colors I'm missing and reverting them back doesn't get them back to original form.:(

Personally I'd just re-paint it using the custom colour chip, but I didn't have an F1 in my collection at all so I guess I got lucky because I love the orange.

Sometimes when you repaint the car, it will paint over some markings and stuff like type-r badges for Hondas. It depends on the car. Also original liveries are higher resolution than shared decals and liveries.

Same here, replacing. 7 kms is so little and insignificant one can pretty much consider it 0. If I recall correctly F50 was up some months ago at 31 or so kms though.

For me personally, I lost interest in doing liveries because of a small issue I mentioned few pages ago hence my interest in original colors. Also, there's the interior options which you can't re-paint and if you drive in cockpit view then that's a factor.

Some cars have really different and interested interior colors schemes. The Tuscan Speed and the Mercedes 300 SL '54 are good examples of that.

I sold my only F1 to re-buy it in the orange. I'm a fan of orange in general (really pops in the game) and the one I had was white (boring!), and I don't really plan on grinding up 20M to buy multiples of the really expensive cars. I do however buy multiples of the less expensive ones for many of the reasons already stated. The Renault R4 is another that has great interiors that change with the exterior colors. The classic Porsche that's currently in the LCD in that pretty blue also has a gorgeous interior that matches the exterior color.

the game distinguishes between original paint and respray
