It is easier to simply have multiple copies of the same car but in a different livery. Going to GT Auto every time is too much hassle.

Compared to the amount of grinding required to earn 10mil to buy a second 911 GT1, I'd argue the few seconds of loading time in GT Auto is more efficient.

You're correct, it's just that at one point you have all the cars and can afford such luxury.
