Let the speculation begin: Insider teasing from Amar212

People searched high and low at the time and nothing was found out there. It certainly has a Nissan look to it with the lights, I always though it looked like the rear end had been pulled apart. If you imagine it was made of clay, you would cut a line down the middle of the rear area then pull either side out, creating those two black lines. Hard to explain, but I guess if you look at that image now you could go and push either side back 'in' and close the gap.
Aston Martin VGT car...?

Amar does good service for the community.

He usually is right and the guy deserve some respect. I bet we're going to receive the update tomorrow.

Which is the same people who expects impossible things from the game like the McLaren MP4/4(which is owned by other company)

If it was the impossible then Polyphony Digital shouldn't have got everybody's hopes up by releasing this

There was just no need for it if there was no way of obtaining the car - if it never gets released in GT6 I'll never give them another penny of my money, it would be the final straw

Which is the same people who expects impossible things from the game like the McLaren MP4/4(which is owned by other company), the whole point of Senna in game was to commemorate him (which was done so by promoting his foundation), rather than capitalizing on his name (i.e. making paid DLC on his name).

People can't get over that, I get it, people not having common sense I don't get.

We learned already that "impossible to get" content was a straight up lie from PD. Or come to think about it, I think Amar himself started that rumor with the Ferrari cars.

The reason is lots of "impossible cars" were added to other games/sims already. Furthermore some of those will be added to GT6.

The core advertising of this game is Senna content. People expect the iconic car he drove to be in the game. At release date to not have it in the game is a disgrace already, but never having it is just absurd.

Anyway, tomorrow we will see if Amar was right (for once) or not. I prefer to see facts for myself instead of believing in those adjectives he likes to use, and I don't know about you guys but I want to see actual quality and quantity instead of a long post of him praising Kaz.

?
Didn't get my hopes up because I know that getting a suit and getting rights to a car are not the same thing.
They got that suit because that suit was AYRTON.

They got that suit because that suit was AYRTON.

That suit is McLaren-Honda, if there was no car to go with it it shouldn't have been added to the game. The Lotus suit should have taken its place. It will be unforgivable if there is no McLaren - Honda MP4/4 released in game.

For once? You're going too far.

amar is an insider with GT information because he was the founder of GTsurgeons - Croatian GT fan-site. I've heard it's a good site.

Sounds interesting... okay, possible things it could be:
GT-R Nismo? (I'm actually half-expecting this for the GT-Academy Final
Track Editor/Course Maker/Something - I sure hope it comes soon!
Interlagos? - Again, this could be in the GT-Academy Final, they have a history of using a new track, plus this one is in the GT6 intro

A 'generic' MP4/4 is not impossible. We already have the FGT (and 'custom' F1 cars in GT3), why not?

Is Amar is lucky with his guesses or does he actually truly knows stuff or has a guy who knows stuff?

As others have said he has inside knowledge, but he was incorrect with the GT6/PS4 announcement, although no fault of his own. He reported accurate information and plans changed after it was reported. He has been right on just about everything else but of course, plans can change without notice. Even Jordan got caught in this dilemma a few months ago. They are doing the best they can, they can't leak privileged information, they can only give cryptic hints, hence this thread.

I forgot to mention, but he was the first to point out Senna's announcement back in november.

Right, so the Spa DLC was clearly and totally a lie, am I right?

I like all the drama surrounding the "Oh no, PD lied, disaster, oh noes, never buy GT again", is amusing because if someone were to be all dramatic about it, they'll go ahead and buy a PC and rFactor or go and buy Forza. Yet no one does it, they just bitch (sometimes is well justified bitching, mind) but is mostly pointless bitching.

BTW the McLaren license is owned by Simraceway, so the whole McLaren can't be done because of a thing called "exclusivity" which works in a similar fashion of the Porsche License for NFS games. So there is that too, I would love to see something like Adelaide or Interlagos but there is so much to get for free, which is part of the course, people would flip 🤬 if they capitalize it, and honestly there is as much Senna Content as there was Red Bull content (even more so, PD never did bother with either the RB6 or the A1 Ring).

It hasn't been a year after release, it barely have been six months after release, I won't say is the perfect game but is not totally broken as people seem to say (Endurance and tire glitch, yeah those are game breakers but is nowhere near close to the same degree of Broken as BF4 nowadays, yet people keep jumping over the issue).

I don't mind criticism, but when it gets out of hand and so dramatic I can't help but wonder if they are doing that to themselves. Like today for example, not a single thing have been said from PD yet they will get all the 🤬 if nothing happens, if Amar is trolling so be it but is rather amusing the level of hype and hype related hate that such claims take, and all the interaction surrounding it.

The game can be sold, the features were announced and the time frames were set, if a year passes and I don't see the track editor I would sell my GT6 copy, if it doesn't then I'll keep it and mess about with the editor. Is that simple, people were automatically bound to hate the game because of how GT5 was broken and hyped.

Me, I'm biased but I'm not stupid, I bought GT6 for what it was, I play it nearly every day and it has been a good source of entertainment during the last few months, it has crashed my PS3 like 3 times in total during my ownership, while something like BF4 (which still DARES to release DLC) breaks every time I change server and load the third map EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. That is a broken game yet people doesn't bitch as much as people do here, not saying to thank PD or praise them (the game has some serious flaws, even if it functionally works) but the kind of bitching that follows is pretty ridiculous.

Fed up with the game, sell it, if you didn't like it when it was released then why did you bought it in the first place, and if you know PD that well you would have seen it coming, so there is that.

Sometimes is noise, if there were justifiable basis for criticism I would understand it, PD and Sony are not the injured party because they probably don't care, they would care if a used game rolls around shelves halving new units, but as so far is people buying the game then going all mad about it, it makes no sense really.
