Changing the subject for the moment, @Pootis made a post earlier about the Escudo's interior. I decided to take a similar photo of the car in the current version and found the interior being a lot darker compared to the PitStop blog photo.

If any other members can take photos of the Escudo that's in the game. We can compare if this is now a new standard to premium car.

Edit: Added another photo with the sun in the right direction.

The rear wing has extra livery under the NTN logo?? or is that reflection.

Edit: it may be a Reflection

Great news, and if they are starting to make previous unpaintable cars paintable i hope this one will be included also.
At the moment we only have the red version, but in real life there are several colors.

Yes, I've created a thread to claim the ability to paint the Renault R8 Gordini, but I want the same for the Zagato TZ3 Stradale.

It looks amazing in yellow. I want that. :(

I think there's an RUF or Porsche in that picture It's yellow with a bar across the back. and there's are at least 2 LMP too. On the track in the bg I count 7 cars in total.

Edit: I think one LMP might be the '88 Jaguar GC

edit edit: can someone look at that blurry image and say what kind of car they think it is?

Erm... 05 Ford GT yellow with Black stripe?
Erm... no idea. XD

Pretty uninspired track. It's nice to be presented with extra content but I don't understand why every one wanted Midfield in particular, but that's just my opinion of course. I would have preferred something entirely new and different. Perhaps that's too much work at this stage in the game's life. I have similar feelings for the reintroduction of B-spec races - an auto race mode for races that aren't particularly long, difficult or dynamic means very little in the way of excitement. I'm not sure what the appeal is. I guess its just for people who want the credits without having to actually race.

Nostalgia mostly. The same reason why so many were happy when Apricot Hill was announced.

Beat me to it, but I like how all of sudden GT is saved with the Midfield, B-spec, and some other things coming back kinda made me lol when I read that on front page comments.

I will admit it made me raise my ears that B-spec was coming back problem is I don't know if I'll still buy the game again I'll have to wait and see.

Quick GT4 reminder. A lap with an Alfa 155 Touring car

First, next video is 10000 hp Benz Patent Motor Wagen.

Second, very nice scenery/environment.

Third, looks rather boring.

Really short, two long straightaways, very wide road with lots of run off. The end section looks like it could be fun though.

Was excited when I saw the pictures, looked a lot like matterhorn (bad spelling I know), but looks kinda meh in GT4.

I prefer more narrow, enclosed tracks.

For me the fact that it is a bit uninspired is kinda what makes it an enjoyable track, haha - it's simple, fast and flowing, personally you can't ask for a better combination than that in a track :) Certainly beats a Hermann "technical challenge" Tilkedrome anyway :P

the audi r8 gt3 absolutely needs this, there s even written " customer car" on the side, i' m entitled to paint and put a number on it.
I couldn't agree more, the Audi R8 GT3 needs the ability to be painted and numbered, or at least it deserves a base model version.

let' s just stop for a moment arguing wether it is a good track or not, mid field appeared the first time in GT1, can we take a moment just to apprecciate this, being nostalgic and stuff? Plus night day circle with weather changes, don' t know what to ask for more.

In GT2 not GT1 :) Rest I agree!

Actually, it first appeared in GT2.

I wasn't arguing......not yet anyway ;) But yes you're absolutely right, getting to drive it at night will be great fun.

The only problem with gifts of nostalgia is you're only left wanting more.....

It looks very simple, but it's actually a pretty good track to test cars(preferably the reverse layout), and race. That, + the nostalgia factor, make it a big hit.

But i agree with the B-Spec, never really got any enjoyment on that, maybe it should be a good tool for something that i still have to discover.
