Loving the Elise, so clean
👍 Thankyou very much.
Fuaa! Boring?! In your gallery doesn't exist that word. I think day by day we are wanting images with supercompositions, good photographs technically but... the car itself is really the most important, as the "automotive feeling" thing wich is being forgeting a bit lately in GTP imo.
This time, well, stunning work on this Elise as you know. It remembers me the vectorized R34 because the Elise is like a hybrid of vectors and original GT4 car.
The depth blur is another great detail, in fact hides the half part of the car not cleaned at all I guess. Are you still using the liquify method btw?
I hope to see the next update soon.

Thanks alex, as was previously mentioned, the liquify method has only been used for small parts of this car. The rest was done using a different technique.
WOW!!!! One of my favorite cars, and you show it off so incredibly! It's as if you know every good or bad point of the car, and show off the good points, while hiding the bad. You sir, are amazing! Do you have a tutorial to clean it up like this? I'd really love to be able to do this.
I might make a tutorial at a later date, but I either never get round to finishing them or they confuse people because I use Photoshop CS on MacOS instead of Windows! As for the car, I did pick out it's good and bad points. I spent about 30 minutes moving the car around the location and seeing how the front looked in various places and positions and then how the back looked in the same place. The rear end looked much better than the front, and this placing had some neat reflections too.
This last shot, deserves +rep. I think it's the cleanest GT4 shot I've ever seen... and you're still not satisfied with the bumper area??? Wooooooow....
Thanks for the +rep! I'm looking at the bumper area over and over and getting more and more pleased with it every day now.
another GT5 pic where do you get this....lol
This is crazy man... verry nice cleanup, i can`t never have time to do this stuff. 👍
Thanks!
The cleanup on this one actually didn't take as long as most of the motion blur shots I do, due to the method used. But it's still quite time consuming.
Thats a good looking Lotus Mog!! WOW!! Really beautiful!!!
Cheers, NTX.
the elise is excelent moglet! 👍
Thanks.
alexwrc's comment is pretty much what I wanted to say. You said you were not happy with the bumper, did you mean the bumper or the disfuser? I think there are some details you can consider cleaning, such as the tailpipes and the shadow areas on the rim.
Anyhow I love the reflection and cleanup you have done, also nice tone too. You seem to root the purple and blue tone lately. I'm happy to see more people enjoy cleaning up to a newer level instead of blurring the whole world
Funnily enough I did look at the tailpipes and consider them for cleanup but by that point I was fed up of cleaning and just wanted to publish the photo! The purple and blue tone is a definite favourite of mine lately too, you're right. 👍
Everyone has pretty much said what I would say, looks almost like next gen GT!!! Really, REALLY nice work moglet!!!
Thanks gr, that's kind of the look I was aiming for since the car already had good light textures and fitted well into the scenery.
Amazing. I think that about sums it up. 👍 👍
Thanks Krame!
^ Agreed. Its perfect, colors, vector art (assuming thats what you used)... its all perfect.
As said previously, the only vectoring done was on the bumper lines. Thanks though!
That is super clean. I'd say that is definitly the cleanest GT4 shot I have seen. I have a hard time believing it is from GT4! I want more!!
Thankyou philly_cheese, I'm glad you liked the cleanliness of it all!
Holy ****! How did you get that elise so clean? That's superb work man. Check out my gallery if you've got the time.
With a lot of effort, that's how!
I'll be checking out the galleries of various users who have commented for me recently as soon as I get the time to do so. 👍
+ Rep
Your getting rep for that as it is amazing it is so clean and you have made an already brilliant car and photo absloultely amazing it is just fabulous. 👍
I wish I knew how you did it because I love it to pieces. Amazing, fantastic and astounishing workIf you have time take a look at my gallery I know they wont be as clean as yours but I am trying.
Thanks for the rep and feedback, speedster! I'll be taking a look at your gallery along with many other users' as soon as I have the time to do so.
The Elise is top notch and has class written over it, but this has to be one of your best pieces yet.
Cheers, glad you liked it. When you going to get that interview up?
Or did I miss it?
Very impressed Mog! A very respectful effort on the clean-up of the rear quarter, and i love the detail shown in the lights!, Although what i love most is the "Elise" badge, in perfect condition. It's those little things that sell the picture for me. The tone of the picture compliments the car's colour and location. Awesome!
I almost forgot about that badge actually, it nearly ended up being blurred into the bumper! The lights are a definite strong point on this car, and yet I haven't done any cleanup on them whatsoever. Thankyou for your feedback.
Thanks once again to everyone who has commented on this latest shot, and also thanks to Ultrashot for giving it such a nice review in his podcast.
