The Giants are not a good team this year. The Defense is suffering, and they tend to look lost on the Offensive side of the ball. With how they have been playing, they will be lucky to hit 8-8.

This weekend is gonna be Megatron vs. Optimus Grimes.

No, the real story will probably be Defense vs. Defense. The winner will be the team that actually can score points on Offense. Megatron and Reggie Bush both practiced, so hopefully, they will both play on Sunday.

When someone here on GTP said (indirect quote?) "...the Texans are going nowhere with Ryan Fitzpatrick," maybe that comment was well-received because the keys to the Texans' car are in the hands of Ryan Mallett. Same first name; different QB. Ryan Mallett will take over under center for the Texans in place of Ryan Fitzpatrick. This could work out well for the Texans moving forward. Or... it may be like when things went from Matt Schaub to Case Keenum- no wins as a starter.

We'll see how things go here in Houston when the Texans take on the Cleveland Browns in Cleveland after this Bye week.

Can't you just be happy for an opportunity to make a transformers joke?

My Texans are off this week, but not Cleveland and Cincinnati, though. Buckeye State pride is on the line in Cincy as the Bengals host the Browns on Thursday Night Football tonight. CIN is favored by 6.

I managed to make it to halftime before turning off the game. Same old Bungles. Can't play in primetime to save their lives.

If Cleveland does well in the second half of the season, Mike Pettine could easily be a candidate for Coach of the Year. I honestly thought that the Browns would be lucky to go 4-12, but at this point in the season, they are playing like a team that could possibly be a 10 win team at the end of the season. Now I might be giving them too much credit, but they are playing way better than anyone thought they would this year.

Well, only about $17 million was guaranteed. Could be much worse.
True. I still wish they would have waited until the end of this season to decide if they would to re-sign him or not. Assuming he was okay/decent and didn't suddenly put up Flacco numbers in the postseason (though I guess it's still possible given the season isn't over), he would have been fairly cheap. If he wanted an astronomical amount of cash anyway, then we'd say goodbye.

You know what's funny is that a lot of guys that were on the defensive staff of the Dolphins during their crap years are now having great years as defensive coordinators for other teams.

Enjoy the Sunday games and the Monday night game for this week. No Texans this week, so I won't be telling you how my boys did this week. Enjoy the games whether played in the United States or in England (Dallas vs. Jacksonville).

Good luck to all of your teams.

Well done NFL, giving the Jaguars a game in London in back-to-back years.

It'd be like (if) the NHL giving the Sabres a winter classic Jan 2014, and Jan 2015.

Big Ben is throwing the ball to someone. I don't know who but Jaquan Jarrett is NOT on the Steelers.

The Jets have only had 2 bad plays as of now.
One of them is the stupid Babin penalty but that lead to nothing.

Really liking the Lions/Dolphins game right now. Old school physical football at its finest is on display in this game.

Hopefully it can only get better from here. :indiff:

How the hell do you miss a 🤬 23 yard field goal!?
