At least the Bengals took the game today. But unfortunately that picture holds true. Wouldn't be surprised to see the same thing happen this season.

Giants at Lions and Chargers at Cardinals both TONIGHT!

We got two hospitalities tonight: Midwestern hospitality served up by Detroit, and then some desert loving in Glendale. The New York Giants will head into Detroit looking to beat the Lions in MoTown. Then after that, it will be the only AFC team playing tonight as the San Diego Chargers look to ground the Arizona Cardinals in Glendale, AZ. Two games... who'll take the victory?

According to Yahoo! Sports and OddsShark.com, Detroit is favored by 6.5 over the New York Giants, and Arizona is favored by 3 over San Diego. Good luck to all four teams playing tonight.

But that's what the Lions do. They have a very good defense (front seven especially), so-so secondary, and absolutely no discipline so they will commit stupid, pointless and game-changing penalties to let the other team stay in the game.
