...and then there was one. Denver knocked off the New England Patriots with a 30-24 Overtime victory in the Mile High City. So the Carolina Panthers are the only remaining unbeaten team right now. All congratulations to the Broncos.

Beautiful win by the Broncos.

Ravens at Browns TONIGHT!

This week's Monday Night game takes place in northeastern Ohio with the AFC North in vogue. The bottom half of the AFC North is featured here as both teams have a total of five wins among them. The 2-8 Cleveland Browns will host the 3-7 Baltimore Ravens tonight. We will see who will be the better team tonight.

Favored by 3.5 is Cleveland. 41 points is the Over/Under.

Before I close this post, word has it the Patriots at Texans game in mid-December has been moved up to a Sunday Night game. So that will be three prime time games for us this season. And... it also probably means America will see us fail on National TV and succumb to the awesomeness of Tom Brady. Yay.

Anyhow, enjoy tonight's game between BAL at CLE.

December is here! Welcome to a new month and a new week. This week's schedule... this week begins on Thursday Night Football with the Green Bay Packers going to Ford Field to take on the Detroit Lions. Good old NFC North match there. The Sunday Night game this week involves the AFC South's Indianapolis Colts at the AFC North's Pittsburgh Steelers. And for Monday Night, we got an NFC East showdown as the Dallas Cowboys will try and entertain the Washington Redskins in Landover, MD.

The postseason heat is on. This week is also a week where discussions will be underway concerning the NFL in Los Angeles. Lots to take in for this week.

Enjoy the new week!

The Bills once again falling flat on their face vs. Kansas City is not going to be something to help them from here on out.

The Bills have no hope at this point. Weak offense, half-decent defense. I wouldn't be surprised if they finish the year 6-10...

...but no one circles the wagons like the Buffalo Bills.

How does Rex Ryan dismantle a good defense like that? Seriously. The pass rush doesn't exist anymore.

I really hope that Detroit can win the game, but if they don't I won't complain. The Lions are already pretty much out of the playoffs, and they beat GB in Lambeau, so that's good enough for me.

Green Bay Packers. Detroit Lions. Midwestern hospitality served up in MoTown tonight. Enjoy the new week of NFL Football and good luck to all of your teams.

I saw the score on MSN Sports. Wow... Detroit was ahead for a good amount of the game, then the 2nd Half happened. I don't know. Was Green Bay that good to win from behind, or did Detroit choke a victory? If Detroit won, it would have been the first time DET swept GB since 1991. But again... wow. All the ESPN shows and such were talking about this game is a must-win for the Packers. Well... they won 27-23.

Combination of choking and a "facemask" penalty.

I kinda thought there was OPI on the play before the "face mask" play, but I really started to think that the Lions would choke away the game once the Packers started coming close. They choked.

I say to people that on desperate final plays there should always be a hail mary throw. No matter the result. Finally someone goes for it, and luckily they succeed.

Personally, I'd rather try to win a game on a Hail Mary pass than to pull all of those laterals or the infamous "Music City Miracle." But... that's just me. I probably wouldn't go for a Hail Mary pass if I didn't have such a powerful arm to send the ball downfield hoping one of the wide-outs for my team can go get it.

"You like that! YOU LIKE THAT!" Uh... I mean, enjoy today's games! :) That even includes the Indianapolis Colts at Pittsburgh Steelers game in the nightcap.

Good luck to all of your teams.

...meanwhile in Orchard Park, NY; four, and no more. Our four-game winning streak is snapped thanks to losing 30-21 at Buffalo. One mistake too many contributed to Texans' downfall. Otherwise, we probably SHOULD have won this game. A defensive breakdown late put the Bills up for good. We never led, just one tie. The Texans are now 6-6.

Up next are the first of two games we're likely going to lose- vs. New England on Sunday Night. This upcoming stretch includes vs. New England, followed by at Indianapolis.

Congratulations to all other winners from this week. How did your team(s) do this week?

Jets come back from 10 points down in 4th quarter. Score 13 unanswered and win on a missed FG in Overtime 23-20.

The Bills really needed the Jets to lose, especially after their win. Looks like it'll come down to Week 17 if things keep going like this.

And Robert Woods should have caught that touchdown, and Dan Carpenter should have made the field goal and extra point.

Even though they're only down by three. Turnovers are killing the Panthers. Hopefully they can get their act together in the second half.

First defensive PAT in NFL history. Saints block PAT kick by Panthers, take it back for two points.

Thanks to the Patriots' inexplicable loss to the Eagles, the Bengals somehow have managed to snag the #1 seed in the AFC for the time being. In fact, not only did the Bengals move up, but the Broncos also leapfrogged NE thanks to the head-to-head win last week, dropping them into the #3 seed and out of a potential 1st round bye. Of course, there is an all important match up between the Bengals and Broncos 3 weeks from now. The top of the standings will be shaken up, as one of them has to lose (ok, I guess they could tie, but Patriot wins would put them ahead). While it looked like it would be a game to determine the #2 seed, it may well be for top top seed instead.

While I'm very excited about the opportunity for my boys to get the #1 seed, it's going to be an uphill battle. They've got take down the Steelers next week.

Cowboys at Redskins TONIGHT!

Welcome to the world of the NFC East with these two storied franchises set to do battle this Monday night. Dallas feels they still have postseason life in them as try try to figure out the Washington Redskins. Washington, meanwhile, wants to continually assert themselves to show they still have postseason life. The NFC East is hated on among the NFC divisions about as much as the AFC South is hated on among AFC divisions. Pending a tie (somehow), either 3-8 Dallas or 5-6 Washington will still have a good amount of life left in terms of making the postseason. Who's going to win this one?

From looking up Yahoo! Sports, the line shows WAS is favored by 3, and the Over/Under is 42.5 points.

This week in the NFL is Week 14 of the season. The Thursday Night match will be the Minnesota Vikings at the Arizona Cardinals. Because America wants to see my Texans fail in prime time, the game between the New England Patriots at the Houston Texans is this week's Sunday Night game (it originally was a Sunday Noon game). The Monday Night match this week will be the NFC East at AFC East- the New York Giants at the Miami Dolphins.

Last night, the Dallas Cowbows pulled out a 19-16 victory at the Washington Redskins.
