I know these conflicts are mostly because LAG problems.
The only thing I really don't understand why I have no problems like these when I race Shark or Add... If they see there is any possibility to spin out or crash someone with his next step, they simply don't start their movements and give no chanse for make situstions like these.. Fresh, you only push the gas sometimes and don't give enough room to others,
as I see. If you're in lap 1, why is it so important to pass everybody in it if there is more than 8 laps to try it a cleaner way (mainly if you're faster..) You have to count lag in too into your driving, calculate how the other can still stand on the track..
I know it is not normal and not easy, but hey, this is SHIFT, you have to know this for now after weeks, month of racing... (and if anybody think GT5 will be much different, I have to tell bad news.. it will have lag problems too. every online race game has a problem like this, so it is better to learn drive with lags, because it will be usefull in GT5 too)
Just see Shark's vid with Fresh on Glendale. He was much faster, but he never touched fresh's car in any corner.. He pushed the break much harder and sooner as it is usuall for him on break distances, turned in not ideal line several times just to avoid any contact.. this is clean racing!
I'll post my vids on monday as usuall, there will be some interesting things too lol.
But this was the closest finish between us on race 3 with fresh. You'll see it how similar our finish was to Add's vid about BTCC!
Else:
Octane: tr to get the exotic DLC from playstation store. it is not the free one.. it cost's about 10 USD if I'm right
And please recognize if we don't answer on the chatroom it is because we're all racing..
