Now we can't enjoy a Premium stock Supra since Toyota has decided to become a pain in the bottom.

Given the toyota and lexus cars in GTsport, Sony/PD have no issues acquiring Toyota's for their game.

Well, glad to read that PD got the hint that folks weren't happy with the game, hence the lackluster reviews.

This is happening because of folks who bought the game leaving less than stellar reviews, gtplanet users, myself and gamers on other forums who voiced our opinions, much like we did for the VIP membership in Forza 7. Change happens.

Change doesn't happen, when some shill or when some think it's acceptable for a game with 4+ years of dev time to have less content. I'm glad gamers spoke up and hope we continue to do so.

Really? Old ass hippy bus? Really?!?!? Waste of space. At least use the beetle! Jesus what a crime against humanity.
I really don't understand the reasoning behind quite a few of these cars. Who was asking for an F150 and just where does it fit in the game? Yeah, yeah- different strokes and all that but let's be real: no one's going to drive that thing seriously.

I have a bit of a soft spot for the Samba Bus because of the Top Gear challenge in GT5. It was so stupid but satisfying to figure out.
Still, there are about 500 other cars I can think of from GT6 that I would have rather they brought back instead of the bus.

I still see cruise lobbies that are pretty big online. There certainly is an audience for strange vehicles in GT's community. That's where a car like that would be used the most.

Those take time and skill and planning.

you know how much they released after 4 years, should base your expectations on that metric.

Time wasted on Ai mode for the cry babies, I hoped Pd would stick to their guns and push sport mode. Now sport mode will empty as players flood to abuse glitches in AI mode. GT career modes in the last few additions have been credit farm/grind sims, nothing more

I do hope we can at least change their wheels. Isn't the reason Toyota pulling out their cars from games because they don't want people modifying their cars?

I'm shocked... i mean who was expecting that???? now i'm really hyped for the upcoming content, i hope they add some old race cars and more race tracks such as La Sarthe, Spa, Monza, Dubai, COTA, Yas Marina and so on, also if they add more parts in the customization menu it will be awesome and i don't know why but i feel someday they will bring up dynamic weather into the game.

I'd stake quite a wager on a one-make Daily for at least a few of the oddball cars in the near future.

Anyone reckon the cup races will be similar to what it was like in previous games? Like when it was a struggle sometimes at the beginning because your car was a bit crap and needed a few upgrades then you might just get that win. Like when you had to keep an eye on your cash because you were saving for a different car. Maybe you had to finish 2nd a few times to get a new upgrade.
How are they gonna give us those feels?

It might be too late now for the cup races for those who are nearly 10,000 miles into the game, heading for a platinum and have all the cars e.g ME! If it were at the start I would have liked it. Seems like that element is a bit unfair for people who bought the game early and played it with the intent to complete the game.

I can only hope that PD have implemented some other way of making the races tough to win, maybe we will have to set up the car correctly in order to win? Personally I think I'll just fly through them all in a fully "tuned" whatever. Or are the experienced racers supposed to hang back on what they have accumlitated in order to make it fair for the AI?

i can't see it being that challenging. the lines i'm running now to be competitive online are curb ridingly insane. way nuttier than the lines i beat GT6 with. hopefully there will be a fun low spec car, something similar to the MR2, that can run crazy lines with against bigger cars. regardless, i'll find some way to keep it fun

Glad to see the F-150 Raptor and R32 GT-R, to be implemented in GT Sport.

But, until I see a Fairlady Z (Stock, not Chris Forsburg’s Z34 nor Sung Kang’s FuguZ S30; even though, they’re cool.) or a BRZ in the game, I’m still not getting GT Sport.

Paint your 86 blue ;)

Now that this is announced it is great news for the single player fans. In fact, I would raise the review score accordingly. In some ways this is unfolding like in Driveclub, a game that improved by a heck of a lot with DLC.

I wouldn't call IGN unbiased in all cases, but they did announce that they would be withholding a GTS review until about a month after release. Did they know something we didn't until now? Maybe, but either way this addition will certainly be significant enough to affect review scores.

Credits are kinda useless in this though. A couple days after release, and completing the campaign mode, I had tons of cars just from prizes. Only a couple I didn't already have and wanted immediately afterwards, and that was a drop in the bucket. I'm sitting on 10 million credits and nothing to spend them on. Still getting daily cars, often duplicates, I don't even want.

The real currency in GTS is mileage points.

Edit: Oh and I forgot the one and only thing for me to complain about: Commercial cars getting less traction? They already feel like they are on ice, which is why I hardly drove them. Ugh /facepalm

I guess the Swift is justified in PDI speak, just for older cars being in the game. I'm hoping they'll at least update the cup races: One Make, One Manufacturer(remember the M Power race at El Capitan?), Red Emblem, Boxer Cup, MX-5 Cup, etc. Those type races. A Nismo Fest race would be epic(370Z Nismo? Anyone? Anyone?).
