PD aren't naive so they would have anticipated what kind of upset and inconvenience it would casue.
I would say that they are either prepared to take the consequences or will have something else in the bag for another update that will somehow even it out at bit.

Signed, not because because I support those that dupe, (as they are cheats) but because a feature that was added to the game to create a "community" has been rendered null and void. Maybe PD should have looked at creating a more secure method of trading than to cripple the feature.
I've not done the duping thing, but to be honest, I'm tired of all this same track, same track, same track... grind, grind grind rubbish.
The AI is poor beyond comparison, so racing isn't fun, in fact... it's dull.
Yamauchi (or whatever his name is) already said the game is about driving and COLLECTING cars, yet they make the collection process stupid. Duplicate the New dealership, for the stupid used dealership. Make ALL the cars, available to buy ALL of the time. Let people simply buy the ones they want, rather than playing a lotto game with used cars.
The used car dealership doesn't take into account the cars you own, so you get constant duplicates So they need to either fixed the used dealership to take owned cars into account, or change it completely.
They need to let you sell cars that the game DUPLICATES into your garage as prizes. I'm sick of getting the same car over and over again, because of some incompetent coder, who can't do:-

Simple, yet seemingly beyond the skills of the PD programming team.
PD messed up the car buying and selling system. They messed up the CR and XP system, now they mess up the system THEY put into place, to let people get around those messed up systems. It's like "let's mess something up, so we can patch it, and make it look like new features". That's the same process Konami goes through with PES.
I don't care about the duping, but I do care about them breaking a system, that is there to cater for their own messed up systems in the first place.

I'm in. I have earned all but six of my 362 cars. Yes I have done some trading. All this means I have to play more / grind more. I enjoy the trading part of this game. I got something somebody wants and I don't, that's great. It beats just having it sit there never to be used.

Im not against the patch, but I am 100% against the million credit cap. And the way that it is now 1 car traded per system, and 5 paints per system each day. What if there is a family of online GT5ers and they each won't to trade an SLS or something with people around the world. PD didn't realise that eventaullity

Like i said, I actually agree with the patch and am not overlly upset by the 1 million trading limit, actually thinking about it I am, I like being able to give people cars IVE EARNED MYSELF, but want to give to someone out of the goodness of my heart, some people like to share and play the game as it should be done ( we're not all dupers just poepl who have been buying your game since it's inception, hell no other game has ever been in any of my Playstations since GT1). I disagree with PD not giving people notice to get their genuinely owned cars back from friends.
