Xbox One failures will be even grater than PS4. So there is nothing to be alarmed.

Not really, not from him.You don't honestly expect to get a logical answer, do you?
How are you gripping the controller? I know I don't have a PS4 yet but I have held a PS4 controller for a while and had no issues. Is anyone else getting sore hands from the controller playing shooters?
In about 15 minutes my hands feel tired and strained. I know this sounds dumb but it's killing the ps4 for me. Has anyone seen anything about how soon done 3rd party controllers will be out.

There's just something weird about it. It's not the same as the ps3. Something about this one makes you reach farther forward and reach farther down for the triggers.
I think it's where the ps3 had a deeper cutout on the back if it and this one doesn't.
What fingers are you using for the rear triggers?

There have been several issues reported, which leads us to believe there isn't a singular problem that could impact a broader percentage of PS4 units. We also understand that some units were reportedly damaged during shipping. The number of affected PS4 systems is less than 1%, which represents a very small percentage of total units shipped to date and is within the expected range for a new product introduction. We understand the frustration of consumers that have had a problem and are working with them and our retail partners to help troubleshoot issues and ensure affected units are exchanged.
What a fail.... What makes it even worse is that these common media formats do not require a license and are free (without royalty) to implement.
