Anxiously waiting the Don't Starve: Reign of Giants DLC which I believe is set to come to PS4 in March. I'm on day 215 and together with my wife beat Adventure Mode and also unlocked Wes. I can't believe I have enjoyed this game so much when it would never have been on my radar if not for PS+. Klei have mentioned a Vita version being possible and I would be all over that if it happens.

I don't have any type of headset, but since this is the third post that I've seen that you've made regarding this subject, I decided to do a Google Search for:
"How to set up a Sony Gold stereo headset on PS4"

The first link that popped up led me to this site: http://www.ign.com/articles/2014/02/11/playstation-gold-wireless-stereo-headset-for-ps4-hands-on
Reading through this article, I realized that this headset:
1. Requires the use of a USB wireless adapter to connect with the PS4 or PS3, and that
2. Pairing the headset is simple — just plug in the adapter and power on the headset and the PS4 will automatically establish a connection.

There were many other links available from my simple search, but hopefully the first link will serve your needs. It doesn't appear to be a very difficult process.
 
I have pulse 1 headset, there is also pulse 2 headset and specially designed pulse for ps4.

Mine works like charm now :) But for example in Tomb Raider i cant' understand any one. But in Bioshock 2 it was like through skype chat.
 
I'm after a new game for the PS4 but can't think of what to get. Anybody got any recomendations? I have BF4, FIFA14 and ACBF.

Rayman Legends is coming out (tomorrow in the NA region, not sure about elsewhere) and it is going to be awesome.



Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition would also be a good choice if you haven't played it on the last generation consoles.

If you were a fan of the recent Need for Speed games, I highly recommend getting Rivals. I've got over 40 hours played and I still go back to it for a few races and pursuits now.
 
Anyone else have an issue with friends list showing people signed in when they aren't? I have a friend who the PS4 says is playing ModNation Racers but my PS3 says hasn't signed in for 14 days.

Cool looking games just can't decide lol. I thought about rivals as I do like racing games and that's the only one on PS4 atm but steered away as I was waiting on driveclub and projectCars. Might have to look back into it.

I was a bit dissapointed by Rivals, don't get me wrong the visuals and audio is fantastic, but it was so repetitive. I'm not a big fan of drifting around every corner either.
 
Sony just announced that they've sold 5.3 million PS4 systems already. Their goal was originally 5 million by the end of March and they've done that a month early without even releasing in Japan yet. I'm glad I pre-ordered and got mine on launch day because I still haven't seen a single retailer have PS4's in stock.

Any word on the 3d yet?? That's the main feature I am waiting for and then I will take the leap into one of the next gen consoles.
 
OK guys a question regarding the auto update features and the PS4.
How's it going for you guys? I find it to be totally hit and miss, well more miss to be honest. Went to play BF4 the other night and surprise surprise I was informed a 900 odd Mb patch had been added to downloads which I had to wait for before commencing play.

I thought this was supposed to be done automatically while in standby. I've checked all my settings eg connect to net in standby and only ever put the PS4 into standby mode.

Am I missing something here as Killzone seems to be my only game that does d/l automatically with Fifa being my other main game. Even the last system update didn't automatically d/l.
Pretty frustrating really as the PS3 with PS + doesn't miss a beat in this department and the PS4 seems like a big backwards step in this regard.

Someone please tell me I'm an idiot and have missed something very simple.
 
Just got my PS4 replacement today.
Amazingly, it came with a different HDD, it's a st500lm012 aka spinpoint M8 instead of a HGST Z5k500, which the first model had.

Not the greatest 500GB drive, but at least better than the Hitachi...

Try this if you haven't already 👍. I haven't taken much notice of this yet, so I'm yet to see if this works or if it is an issue that needs resolving in a future patch :)
 
@Ryanswannell yeah thanks mate 👍 but I've already covered all that and still no dice.
Very frustrating as my PS3 doesn't miss a beat with it's auto downloading.

Hmmm, I'm not too sure then. I've noticed that my ps4 doesn't turn on from standby to update, although I rarely do leave it on standby. If it's a widespread problem (quite likely) I'm sure Sony will see to it soon enough, especially as they pushed this feature so much when promoting PS+ 👍

Lol, You inserted the pics. I couldn't get them to save on IPad. This thing can take GT to a whole new level. No need to buy a triple screen setup once it's released.

Seems very exciting technology for racing games like GT. Driving on Mars, make it happen Kaz.

New ways to get blind!

I actually I would be very interested if it can run on a PC and has IR tracking features.

I hope it makes competition for Oculus Rift, a competitive price might get into ArmA III even deeper.
 
The VR Nasa Mars walk sounds really cool.

Can't wait for more details on Sony's VR but seems like its a year or two away.

The use of the word walk is intriguing. Are they also working on an omni treadmill. Also glad to see them recognizing the wheel market.
