As has already been pointed out, those are not cars that are to be featured in GT5: Prologue - they are merely examples of cars where GT (Polyphony Digital) have contributed to their design through the history of the GT series as a whole. The link posted before (http://www.gran-turismo.com/jp/products/collaboration/) is slightly misleading in the context of this thread. It hasn't got anything to do with GT:HD or GT5 whatsoever.
Mx²;2716431Rumour has it Prologue won't be free? What do you guys think?
I hope its not free.
Nice to see 16 cars! Hopefully this feature is Multiplayer Compatible.
Now for the liveries and Race body kits.
And just to come back to our previous conversation about releasing relevant information...
THAT'S A GOD DAMN TRAILER! THAT IS SOMETHING I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO!
Spec B movie:

In the Japanese GT official site, there is a page titled "Gran Turismo 5 Prologue: Story"
http://www.gran-turismo.com/jp/gt5p/story/
In this page, there are some hints about the release date and possible cars in the game, written in Japanese.
So, here goes my translation: (Note: I'm native to Japanese.)
October 26, 2007. The 40th Tokyo Motor Show 2007, which will open on this day, is sure to be featuring those Japanese super-sports cars that have overcome desperately adverse conditions by revolutionary technological innovation.
Among those high-performance models that are speculated to be highlighted in the show are New GT-R, next model NSX, the successor to Supra, Lancer Evo X, new Impreza STi, Lexus LF-A, etc. All big names that herald the revival of the Golden Age of sports cars.
Along with these revolutionary Japanese sports cars, "Gran Turismo" will make a step toward a new frontier. And the door will be opened by "Gran Turismo 5 Prologue." In this latest game, it is scheduled that collaboration will come true with some Japanese sports cars that will debut in the Tokyo Motor Show.
hm, based on my terrible Japanese it looks like the October date is at the moment only confirmation for a Japanese domestic release date. This doesn't rule out global release (I would severly doubt this won't be released globally!), but from my understanding it only mentions that in the particular news story.
Duċk;2716650GTHD Concept was only confirmed for a Japan PSN release until literally days before it was actually released in the US simultaneously, so yes it'll probably reach Europe and the US at the same time.
