Try and match the revs and see if you can get the gear to engage. So if you are changing down a gear, put the car in neutral, then increase revs with the throttle and attempt to put the in gear, when you hit the correct revs for that gear it should engage. When changing up a gear, put it into neutral let the revs fall and when they fall to the correct level you should be able to change to a higher gear. That's the way it happens in a real car so might work in game.I saw that, they are looking into it know. It looks like it is a problem with the road cars and some others. The old cars need a clutch, go take out the old Jag 44 with auto clutch disabled it goes some grinding and won't engage.
