I am getting pCars on ps4 but where do I pre-order U.S. pCars limited edition?

I've read only a few pages on this forum.
Unless this sales person at the shop has some serious connections I can't imagine he/she knows what they're talking about.

I find it hard to believe this game will be released and North America won't have access to the LE version. It is a bit disturbing that it's not available yet but I'm sure it will be made available before launch. How the hell can they justify exclusive content if they're not making the content accessible to all buyers?

Technically speaking, as much as you don't want to hear it, doesn't that make the LE version even more exclusive? :D

Any thoughts or idea, please help. Thank you

Pointless comment but slightly amusing comment, Destiny $50,000,000 budget and can't get past 6/10 from reviewers, Project CARS $5 Million and as far as I can see has more content and effort put into it and will likely score better

There have been plenty of reviewers that have given Destiny higher than a 6/10, so that is false. Destiny is also a completely different genre than Project CARS so there is no point in comparing review scores either. This isn't directed at anyone in particular but I do find it amusing that some people have to put other games down in order to make their preferred game look better.

I didn't mean my point to have been taken so seriously but it is pretty bad, it just highlights the advantages of the WMD, devs being in touch with its players and getting feedback, maximising the resources avaliable

Yeah, me personally I'd give it a 9, however a lot of people who get their games based on reviews tend to go off of what IGN gives it...

I just go at it the old-school way, but updated to the modern age. I call it the 'make-up-your-own-god-damned-mind' way of deciding to buy or not to buy.

Back in the day we didn't have the internet nor any game related programs on television. Even magazines were rare.
So what did you do...
1. Ask a friend if he has played it. If he has it, ask if you can play it at his place for a bit.
2. Go to your local Video Rental Store where they also rent out the latest games.
3. Just go to the store and stare at the box. Look critically at screenshots, read what the box has to say and take not of the recommended system specs.

In case if one of these 3 ways were satisfactory and you'd fancy having a copy, than buy it and play it to death.

Modern day version is the same, but now you don't have any video rental stores anymore. Or at least they are rare.
So you'd have to watch gameplay videos online or try a demo if there is one.

All in all. I think reviews are nice but reviewers are overrated these days. The reason being is that I think each and everyone of us is able enough to determine if you'll like the game or not, you need nobody to tell you what you might or might not like... besides, they don't know you so they can't even tell in the slightest bit, unlike a close friend that is.

YouTube videos are an excellent 4th option as well :)

If you want to base it on reviews find a small independent site as these are often done as a hobby/ part time job. As there are many out there you will find a site that shares the same values as you.

Doesn't EA bribe them to rate their games high and rate their competition low (hence the high ratings for lots of their games)?

EA is clever. Buy the media and the world is yours. USA is the best example.

Precisely why they are irrelevant

Exactly like the most (from US and Nato controlled) news on TV, news on newspaper etc.

Hitler did it. 70 years later it still works. When people think outside the box they get called conspirancy theorists.

Any news about digital version of Project Cars available on the PSN?

This game have potential to be my main racer for some time and I don't want to fiddle with disc, everytime I want to play.

I believe it's been confirmed there will be a PSN version. Mind you, are there any games released these days that aren't available direct on PSN?

Are you from US? If not, can you confirm that LE PCARS is available for pre order also? I can't seem to find it
Derby is in the uk

I've just realised that the us release date hasn't been announced for pcars in the US. Could LE be available when it is announced?
