@everyone looking to get onboard the next train

Although a fare warning for everyone who does... please treat the WMD forum as a digital office and workplace. This means that you have to respect SMS employees, moderators and fellow WMD members as colleagues. Give constructive feedback and provide proper bug reports so that a SMS employee can reproduce the issue on his end.

That said us old WMD members from the first project will be there to guide you guys. Of course you can also just look at how we operate and mimic the behavior of the old gang. ;)
In the end treating each other as colleagues and such is simply to do with a few facts. The first is mutual respect, but more importantly we also have the same mindset of trying to help the project along in a productive way by giving factual feedback (or as factual as we can be, since feelings can be abstract).

I will defiantly be in for the next PCars. Wish I had known about it earlier and I would of signed up for this one. Any way of signing up for an email alert or something for when it does become available?

Mine says "updating Project Cars" and seems to be d/ling a rather large patch ... Day 1?

Edit: Now says ready to start in 1hr 45 mins while d/ling patch... :-(

Edit, Edit: No, wait! Now says ready in 12 mins XX seconds... lol

Please don't flame me if someone's already mentioned this but is anyone else getting a slight loss of sound when the car hits the rev limiter? I'm currently in a Clio incidentally.:boggled:

There isn't anything known yet at this point in time. All we know is that it'll be SMSoon (meaning at some time in the near future) and that Project CARS 1 is top priority. Fixing bugs, adding post-release features and getting DLC ready.

Just keep an eye on GTplanet. I'm sure a thread or sub-forum (@Terronium-12 I am looking at you when the time comes) might be started when the time comes. Which probably will include the usual stream of pics and videos by members as happened with pCARS since the start of that project. ;)
 
Ah, you mean a new, official forum? Dunno tbh, I thought you mean the current WMD development forum for PCars1. That will indeed be only accessible for the 'old gang', forever.
 
I need some help from you guys with fresh installations as I can't tell one thing from the other on my end... what's the install size and is there anything additional?

Patches, etc. I need exact sizes.
 
Just finished install.

Have an issue where I can calibrate my wheel (CSR) but my pedals (CSR ELITE) won't register/calibrate? Any ideas, I have tried both combined and seperate options, thanks.
