Like Pako says, the 360 still doesn't have a single game that makes me the least bit interested in it, and won't till Forza 2 releases.
Duċk;2514832Hell no. If you really don't care about Blu-ray, it comes strictly down to the games. The 360 and PS3 are evenly matched, with the PS3 having a better CPU and the 360 a better GPU.
Each console has it's flaws. The 360 excels in areas that the PS3 doesn't, and vice versa.
Who says the GPU is better?

And if you have a computer to do such things?Downloading demos surfing the web which is a lot better than I thought it would be. google videos works, havend tried youtube. but thats hours of entertainment right there. uplaod my sons photos and loading music, messing around with the card readers, testing out backwards compatiblity thats no where near as bad as people say. I share my HDTV with my pc and it has just one componet input. PS1 emulator is somthing I'll try when i update my psp. I would feel more ripped of paying $250 for a w!! than $400 for 360 or $600 for ps3. I get "my" money's worth with PS3.

I stongly dissagree. It doesnt come down to games,
With the whole watching YouTube, uploading photo stuff, that's why we have computers. Now, if I didn't have a computer at all, the PS3s computer-like capabilities would be a genuine 👍, and would've probably made me camp out in front of Best Buy at launch. However, since I'm already watching YouTube, viewing photos, and listening/downloading music on my Mac, well, the things you mentioned would come to me as gimmicky. And only to the person(you) that wants to shut out every other system feature does that apply. I spent more time fiddlling around with the PS3 its self than playing resistance(not too overwhelmd yet)

And I dont know where either system flaw is(I can say this from owning both) but I'm more impressed from the overall package the PS3 offers than the 360.
360's better gpu is somehting no one can judge right now. CPU, GPU whatever doesn't really matter. Its the end result. A sinlge 7900GTX can out perform and SLI rig of the same card in some games. The software must take advantage of the hardware. thats why PS3 ports have poorer frame rates, EA admited its games use 20% of the systems power. I dont know where either system exels. Only things better with 360's GPU is the efficiency of the shaders not the perfomance and its 4:1 normalmap compression. Its shared ram has an early advantage with textures until devs learn how to use all the system ram the right way(PS3).
Okay...Getting a bunch of friends over to watch google video on youe PS3 in the living room = awesome.
That's why you send an email to your friends with a link to the video.Getting a bunch of friends together to watch google videos on your 19" PC monitor in your office / bedroom = not cool.
I thought that you had to entirely exit your game to get to the XMB, so you go to the internet browser. So, you have to load the whole game again when you want to go "right back" to the game.Playing a game and then taking a break to look up some FAQ's straight from the PS3, then going right back to game = awesome.

...Unless there's some obscure hotkey that they implemented for this specific thing, which they might include in the major March update.
I forget you're not of the age to go out to a bar with lots of friends, drink, dance, hit on girls, bring them back to your house, and then entertain people with music, crazy videos, and pizza.
Soon, you will learn...
Does anyone know the length of the supplied power cord?
It's about ten to twelve feet. Mine is still a little folded, but when I stretch it out it's a few feet longer than I'm tall. I'm about 6-7, 6-9, so my guess is 10-12 feet long. It's a thick round cable compared to the thin, flat power cable of the PS2.
Jesus, you're tall!
Wow, I wasn't expecting it to be that long, great! Thanks for checking, SL!It's about ten to twelve feet. And so is Mrs. Lifters. 6-0, 6-3 in her tallest high heels. The only normal sized person in our family is our oldest.
