Bio (description of your characters past, present, and future goals):
Born and raised in Carcer city had a normal childhood no traumatic events nothing worth mention. Family moved to Las Venturas at 16 when his mother was offered a VP position allowing his father to stay home with their newborn twins.
A year later Lance graduated High School and went to Greenglass College double Majoring in Engineering and Business, though he did not graduate as during his Senior year a for profit cheating ring started and ran by he and a group of friends was busted the group choosing to exit the University rather than fight in student appeals.
He decided to move out with a friend to Los Santos in search of excitement, and quick money.

Personality (Angry, depressed, obsessive, etc): Lance is quick temper easily bored, and fiercely loyal, this is at odds with his need for order he tries to maintain a calm disposition he attempts to be calculating and play things the smart way, but you can only push him so far before he breaks.
Oh and did I mention he loves Chicken Nuggets?
 
Just a quick note to MCLS members - the official car colour for MCLS is Midnight Blue. It was originally matte red pearl but @Volchelkin kindly pointed out that it clashed with the BOC's colour of dark red, so I had to change it :P. Your car doesn't have to be painted that colour, but it does help if it is.
 
An idea. After watching Fast six this past weekend, I wan to somehow incorporate a street racing league, that does drag, street races, etc. Into RP. It would go hand and hand with MCLS members and some Brotherhood guys as my bio makes my guy an old street racer. It would have to be with realistic cars (No super cars or sports even, like tuners, sedans, etc.) and not in an actual race (Never leave lobby). It would be set up like the fast and furious 1 and 2 street races. All meet up somewhere and go from there. Either on green or a person. Every race will have a buy in where the racers decide. After the race the losers send the buy in amount to the winner, winner takes all race. You could also do pink slip races (You have to have a full garage and replace that car in your garage and then someone takes that car). I have a lot more ideas just really hard to explain so you have to see to understand.

Summary- Ricki Parkinson
Ricki is in a bad spot.

In the beginning, it was a slow day sitting in a parking spot in his black Oracle. He sends a text asking Wesley if he wanted to hang out. Wesley declined because of Ricki's participation in the Brotherhood. After some words (and one that sounded like a love Romeo and Juliet except with both guys) had been said, Ricki put away the phone and sat in boredom... until a man in a suit approaches his car. The man (I forgot who it was. I think it was Dan. Correct me if it's you) asks Ricki to drive him to LSC in La Mesa. And at that point, it turned for the worst.

Arriving at the garage, Ricki and /Dan/ gets a text from Liam saying to meet at Liam's house. Ricki drove to Liam's house after that. After exchanging some hellos, Liam starts the meeting about how to hit the MCLS. After some ideas get out, Ricki comes out and reveals that he's been friends with Wesley and talked with him. Liam gives him a glare after admitting that. Ricki then admits that Wesley was holding a race down and he could participate in a Sultan. Robert and Fraser said that they'll ambush them after the race. /Fraser/ hands Ricki a wire tap~which is used to record sound (I'm looking at you Katie...). Ricki sends a text to Wesley and asks when the race is happening. Response was in a few hours (which been postponed a day because I went to get gas in real life before it happened). Nervous, Ricki then got ready for the race ambush.

Ricki later arrived at Madonald... streetroadIdon'tknow in the parking lot. There he met Mary in a Emperor that suddenly became a Elegy during the race, Brian in a regular Sentinel, and Wesley in a Elegy. Robert and Fraser sat in a nearby alleyway from the parking lot. They all exchanged names and Ricki... sort of revealed his homogayness after Brian made a comment on "feeling you up." Wesley became suspicious of Ricki but started the race event nonetheless. The result is Ricki coming in first after some PIT maneuvered happened (I didn't do any of it).

After the race... and having to rejoin the session so I ended up back in my apartment, Ricki rejoined the group to turn down his winnings. After that happened, Fraser and Robert decided to go and proceeded to drive to the lot and pointed the gun at Mary, Wesley, and Brian. That shocked them and caused them to take cover. It didn't take long for them to realize that it was Ricki that set them up. Feeling betrayed, Wesley starts to head toward Ricki. Fraser and Robert began to shoot at the Emperor, leaving enough time for Ricki to jump into the Sultan and get the hell away from there.

Ricki drove back to Fraser's place in fear and worry. Fraser soon returned, followed by Robert. Ricki cursed himself after he entered Fraser's apartment. Robert congratulated Ricki, but Ricki was still in shock, fear, and worryment. He knew that he has a deathwish on his head by the MCLS and he couldn't keep calm. Fraser suggested that Ricki should go to bed, so Ricki did. But, Ricki then had a nightmare where he was found by the enraged Brian and Wesley, was shot, and saw his father as everything in his eyes went black, thus causing him to wake up in a state of despair. He laid back down awake, scared and worried. Fraser came downstairs and sees Ricki worried and tried to give him some advice. It didn't really help much. Fraser said to take a hot shower while he was going to sleep on the couch, so Ricki did. Knowing that he had to change identities and leave town, Ricki then went online and bought a black Cheval Fugitive.

What happens next depends on what happen in the next Role Play Event.
 
RP Summary- Fraser Stewart

With MCLS already looking to target the Brotherhood, Fraser and the rest of the guys stayed out of their territory for a while. When Fraser saw Robert hanging outside his apartment eyeballing a Sentinel, he decided to go and speak to him. Soon afterwards, Liam and Dan turned up as well. Whilst they were speaking, Brian Hendrickson came out of Bahama Mama's, but couldn't leave as Rob's bike was blocking his car. After Rob and Brian exchanged angry words, Everyone went on their way.

Several hours later, in the pouring rain, Fraser came out of his apartment and saw Ricki Parkinson's Oracle sitting outside the nightclub. He went over to speak to him and asked him to take him to the LSC in La Mesa to check on operations there. It turned out Ricki was also in the Brotherhood despite him wearing casual attire. Soon afterwards, Fraser received a text from Liam about a meeting at his apartment for all Brotherhood members, so Fraser told Ricki to head there instead.

When everyone had turned up, Dan said he wanted to discuss the MCLS situation following the previous attack. Rob suggested using someone as bait to infiltrate the next MCLS meet. Ricki revealed he had spoken to Wes about a race that was happening. Liam, Dan, Fraser and Rob glared at him for revealing something like that to them, but Ricki insisted he didn't tell Wes anything about the Brotherhood.

The men all agreed that Ricki should be sent in to the MCLS meet and that Rob and Fraser would intercept them at the finish. In order for the plan to succeed, Fraser tossed Ricki a wire tap to they could listen in to what he was saying to MCLS members. After waiting for the word on the location, Ricki texted Fraser that the meet would be at MacDonald St. Fraser forwarded the location to Rob and they all set off for the meet.

Rob and Fraser hid in an alley and tuned into Ricki's wire tap to hear what he was saying. After listening to some awkward conversations, Rob and Fraser were able to determine that the finish was just outside the meet. After the race finished. Fraser gave the go ahead to Rob and they sped to the parking lot where the meet was. Taken by surprise yet again, Wes and Brian took cover behind their cars, whilst Maria Monroe,a new MCLS recruit, was left vulnerable in the open. Wes had warned Maria to leave the area, but Rob and Fraser wouldn't let them.

When Wes turned towards Ricki for 'betraying' them, Fraser ordered Rob to open fire on Maria's Emperor. This gave Ricki enough time to escape, and soon afterwards, Rob and Fraser soon followed. Once the three men reconvened at Fraser's place, they congratulated Ricki for a job well done, but they could clearly see that Ricki was traumatised by the events. Ricki said he was going to get killed the next time he stepped outside, so Fraser told him he could stay the night at his house. He also offered that he and Rob would take Ricki to Fraser's old house in Grapeseed where he could hide.

After grabbing a drink, Fraser went downstairs to find Ricki lying awake and scared in his bed, after having a nightmare. Fraser tryed to give Ricki some advice as to how to deal with the problem he was facing, but it didn't have much effect. In the end, Fraser told Ricki to have a hot shower to help him relax, whilst Fraser went back upstairs and collapsed on the couch before falling asleep.

HISTORY
Dmitry was born in 1989, in Volga, Central Russia, to well-known, rich business tycoon and womaniser, Igor Dzagoev and his wife, Alena Dzagoev. At 12, he decided to join the Russian army, an act done in attempt to impress his father, who never showed much affection towards his only son, letting the vast amount of money do the parenting instead of him. His mother died in 2003, after his father left them for another woman. Dmitry, aged 14, carried out his earlier decision, to join the army, however not to please his father, but rather to exact his revenge. Having actual large sums of money, just assets, like his fathers collections of fast cars, and his estate, Dmitry struggled to survive, with only the military wage, and refusing to sell his fathers assets. In 2006, Dmitry decided that enough was enough, and took his girlfriend, Alexis, to Liberty City, with enough money from his fathers belongings, be bought a house by the park in the park of liberty city, where he lived, rather happily with Alexis as a car salesman form Grotti, a position he got, because of his expertise in Exotic Super cars, as repairing them was one of his hobbies as a child. 2 Years later, in 2008, he proposed to Alexis, however was also seeing another woman at the time, someone that he bared no real emotion. He proposed following his confession at the Liberty City Methodist Church, where the pastor forgave him for his sins. Alexis accepted his marriage proposal, but said that he would have to ask her father. When calling her father, whom he had never spoken to, nor met, he began to reminisce about his own father. The phone stopped ringing, and an older man with a deep voice answered with; “This is Igor speaking”. It didn't take too much conversation for Dmitry to realise that he was in fact speaking to his father, but more importantly, that Alexis was his step-sister. Dmitry was outraged, and walked out on Alexis, going on a mass-murdering spree, not even sure who he was angry at. He was arrested on the 24th of March, 2008, and was sent to the Prison of Liberty City, then, later, in late 2011, was transferred to the Blaine County/Los Santos Penitentiary due to fears of flooding. He is set to be freed in March.

OCCUPATION
Prisoner, however Dmitry has experience as a mechanic, salesman, and a recently discovered angry streak. Dmitry is eligible for a range of jobs, legal, and otherwise.

PERSONALITY
Dmitry used to be a calm person, that didn't enjoy the presence of others around him. In prison, he is angry, and keeps himself to himself, vying to repay his father for what he did to him. Dmitry feels sickened that he was sleeping with his own Step-Sister, and hasn't decided what to do about the Woman that he loved. He seems to be someone that is fine as long as he isn't disturbed.

I get the feeling this is so generic or just lacking of detail. So he leaves the university to live with a friend and do what? Not sure if "take jabs wherever he finds them" is really the way to go - I'd like it if you'd have a plan, of even the slightest sorts.

Brian Hendrickson is now Commissioner for MCLS and Brandon Michelin is now Lieutenant. I believe Kane (upon looking through the thread I've found out that Kane's name is actually Marco Kane :lol:) is Muscle now, and I think @TripleA5's Peter Ferrera is Muscle now too.

Also, as for times regarding the RP, not sure if I'd be able to stay very long tonight, if at all. I'm trying to check out the new DLC and update my blog (which I was supposed to do Sunday :scared:) at the same time.
