Think I'll be blowing a good chunk of my Rewards credit bonus on a 250 GT Berlinetta Lusso. In white (Hnnng). Then complimenting it with a humble Clio Williams.

What I wouldn't give to see a Hot Hatch Legends pack just to throw in some extra '80s/'90s playmates for the old Renault and XR2.
But all the Nova SRI's will have rusted by now mate.. ;)

I want to grab the A class BTCC car with some of my reward credits and look to replicate the 2015 Laser Tools livery of Aiden Moffat.

I hope to have plenty for the #25 DW12.

With the livery carryover I've been hearing about, I will look to get an E30 M3 ASAP and reapply my Advan livery I made in FM5.

I was actually contemplating the Astra GTE (along with some of the small family-size hot hatches of the time as opposed to superminis). Not that we have many more of those knocking about.

A stock XR2 would most likely be left for dead against anything else I had in mind, though. I guess they could throw in the Visa GT to give it a leg up? :P

I like that, but wouldn't the Astra be in XR3 territory?

Well they're both small family-sized. The hot hatch spectrum covered those as well as their smaller supermini counterparts. And with seven cars per monthly DLC, it's certainly possible to have a decent selection of smaller, lightweight examples along with some of the larger, often more potent hatches of the period.

A more eclectic mix doesn't sound too bad really.

Yes just not Seat's or Skoda's.. well for me anyway.

Depends how I start the game. If I can test a car, it's going to be a V8SC(E63). If not, I may take an SA22C or RX-3 and build one into a grassroots race car.

Make sure you share some pics bud. What year Camaro?

First car for me is the HSV GTS followed by the XB Falcon.

Mines a 01 so the 02 is a match, just wish I could remove the SS badges so I could paint on 1969 Z/28 badges that I have.

Really keen to try the new tracks and all the v8SC's, mainly the Volvo and the Nissan. I'll be paying close attention to the sound of the Nissan as I'm going for passenger laps in one of them this coming Monday.

I agree with a 80s Nova SRi. Trouble is Ford kinda dominated that boy racer sector a bit, Escort XR3s, Orions.

I'd like to see some more of the equivalent saloons like Mondeo ST200, Vectra GSi or SRI, Laguna 2.5, more cars in that Volvo 850R area.

Being new to the forza series does anyone know if there will be endurances in the game? Im pumped for this game been playing horizon 2 for a bit.

I only know that "stints" were mentioned. Two stints could be as long as tyres or fuel lasts. Now, how that works, I don't know. However, I don't believe we will see 4/8/12/24hr racing in F6.

I wonder how long until the first organised group of Gurkha's appear online, cruising around the track side by side leaving no gaps for anyone to pass. :indiff:

I'll admit I'd find it hilarious to get stuck behind the first few times but it would soon become irritating, hopefully they have done something to deal with the sore losers who start wrecking everyone when they realise they can't win. I like how they've stuck barriers over the frequently cut corners which will definitely help but interested to see what they've done to deal with 'that guy' in the bright pink/gold chrome Range Rover with green rims and only engine upgrades who happens to be 2 laps down in a 3 lap race.

Unfortunately the vote to kick button in FM5 seemed to quit your game for you quite often (the irony...) so it seemed like everyone was scared to vote. If it's been fixed I'm looking forward to a much happier time in the public lobbies.

They have been removed, haven't they? In line with the Chevy policy for calling them Super Sports now and not using the SS badge.

So glad I have Friday off paid. Unfortunately, I have to work ALL day tomorrow. Going to be a long day Thursday watching the rest of you enjoy the game. :embarrassed:

Once I get home Thursday night I will be all over it for a late night!

I'm really tempted to take the day off as well. I have vacation days as well as PTO, but maaaan when I miss Fridays it always messes up the following work week, since I forecast work on Fridays :(

I requested it months ago because I have a LOT of paid vacation days saved up. I already have 4 weeks of vacation I can use, and next month I will have a total of 8 weeks of vacation I can use!! We get 4 weeks a year and its very rare I ever miss a day. I think I have only missed maybe 3 or 4 days out of the 15 years I have been with this company. 👍

I usually take most of my days off paid during the winter when our company is very slow.

I have a crazy theory, like what if there is no Fujimi Kaido and so on, because...
the third Horizon Festival takes place in Japan? Bam in yo face!
I was just thinking that a Horizon Japan would be incredible. Based around a fictional Tokyo, with mountain passes some way out in the distance. I would be a very happy man-child.

Ohhh now those are excellent ideas.

Regardless, Horizon 3 is almost definitely a day 1 purchase for me after how great FH2 is.

I am jealous you guys that preordered the Ultimate edition have the game now. Have fun! I'll be waiting...semi patiently...until next week.

Sweet Baby Jesus. One can only hope.

OMG that would be amazing! I don't think FH3 will be in Japan, although I'd love to be proven wrong.

I remember Ralph Fulton talking about how they determined the locations for FH1 and FH2, and it was based off their own ranking system. Colorado was the highest scoring in there 'ranking system' hence why it was the location for Horizon 1 and France/Italy were 2 and 3 respectively on that list, hence why they were the locations for Horizon 2.

The next locations down on that list (I believe he said) were California and Aussie, which would align more with Horizons off-road theme than Japan would. However, the good thing about the Horizon games is that they have a great choice of locations at their disposal and while we may not get the exact location we want - it will still be an interesting and worthy location for the festival.

Thank you but now isn't for another five hours unfortunately. Then there's the inevitable day one patch. Still there should be plenty of photos, videos and streams up by ths time tomorrow if all goes well.
