Huh, and I guess there isn't an eighth car this time. Oh well, this month's dlc pack is nice enough!
Saving it for a track with a 5 car booster coming later this month hopefully ;) It took 3 months for the first track to come out for FM5, and we're 3 months into FM6 so hopefully we'll see atleast something before the end of the year after this car pack

I doubt it, would be nice of course, but amount of tracks hasn't been a problem in Forza 6. FM5 was more of a reaction to harsh player feedback.

Yeah, I don't expect to see a track and booster pack either. FM6 doesn't need it.

It'd be lovely if a track or two showed up with Porsche, but I'm not holding my breath.

It absolutely needs more tracks. A game like this could ALWAYS do with more tracks - just like it could always do with more cars. The variety in the track roster (especially in the the Original track department) is sorely needed.

Should we expect it? No not at all, but it is a possibility and would be a nice pull to get people buying the game for Christmas etc.

Plus they must be getting tired of people slaughtering them on FB/YT/their own forums about the lack of Fujimi Kaido, Maple Valley and co. I really hope they return at some point. Aside from me being wishful, the content they have been offering up in the car packs has been excellent, honestly three of the best forza car packs in recent memory, almost as good as some of the FM4 stuff.

I actually wouldn't be surprised if another track or 2 popped up in the future. It's clear T10 knows they received a bit of backlash for not having any Japanese tracks, so I'm partial to the thought that at least Motegi could re-appear if they want to "make up" for the lack of (wouldn't mind Suzuka either, but Honda seems pretty restrictive on it recently) & open the door for a few SuperGT cars. I think there's an expansion pack idea that would be well-received.

Well yeah, sure, in the sense that any driving game can use more tracks, I agree. But I don't feel nearly as short-changed with FM6's track list as I did with FM5's. There are a handful of tracks I miss from, say, the GT series, but there's also some gems in FM that I wouldn't trade away.

This is very true.

Honestly though, the FB/YT comments are, by and large, pants-on-head stupid. They're either complaints about the lack of [insert this week's newest supercar] or the S14. Fujimi is a demand of the drift fans, not much else. Sadly, I think channels like the SlapTrain are actually representative of the majority that play FM6.

After three packs, I think I feel fine rating FM6's DLC on par with FM4's, when one takes into account the smaller stable each month. They're covering a lot of bases each time, and it's impressive.

I remember predicting that Forza 6 would focus more on proper race cars in their roster and DLC plan and Horizon will of course focus on road cars. A lot of cool road cars from Forza 4 didn't make it to currentgen yet, and I feel like the complaints of reusing cars in DLC that FM5 got are to blame. Oh well, what can you do. Hopefully FM6's DLC spans a full year like Horizon 2 did with 100+ cars added, and then of course Horizon 3 will continue on.
I hope that the sales of the series is good enough to justify future games, personally I'm a big spender on Xbox live, but if Forza is gone I'll have no reason to own an Xbox. To me Forza is the systemseller.

Looks like it's easier to get money now :P

I wouldn't be surprised if it was their way of undermining the tokens system the marketing suits will have stipulated.

Two or three more tracks added down the road would pretty much eliminate the hint of repetitiveness I sometimes feel. I couldn't say the same for the initial +450 cars, so I think anything is possible.

I'm at about L150 and saw a million, 500,000 and some 3 figure payouts.

Still a fair few deadbeat sub 50,000 payouts too so it feels a bit more random to me that it used to be.

I'm not a drifter, I love Fujimi for the same reason I love the Ring; 10 minutes or so of total concentration and precision driving to get up and down it quickly.

Fuji in the rain would be superb if it happens.
Exactly why do they take that track out? It's killing me.. I really wish there were more tracks because the driving is really good!

For the same reason Ladera, Camino, Maple Valley, Iberian, Rally di Positano, Tsukuba, Suzuka, Mugello and Twin Ring are gone - we have no idea and they have no interest in telling us. :(

Just found this!

O_O There's a Silvia hidden in Forza? Damn, I want to find it myself.

I would love for that to happen, I just didn't think Turn 10 would have the mind set now to do something like that.

Although, while we're talking about expansions; I wonder how big the Porsche expansion pack will be. I hope there's more than in Forza 4's expansion, that would be awesome! Although, if there isn't; then it's fine.

Weirdly, the Silvia and the Datsun 2000 were the two cars I specifically remember being disappointed, but not surprised, to find not in the Forza car list. Sort of bizzare if they both come back.

Maybe they'll start adding a bunch of kei cars? Honda Beat anyone?

Fair enough. :P

I guess I just never was that into Fujimi for the fact it didn't work fantastically as a circuit. It was more about hotlapping, kind of like a very long version of Goodwood in GT6. It was a great place for Photomode stuff, I'll give it that!

Another free Nissan? That is possibly the last automaker I expected to team up with Forza...

I'm guessing Nissan couldn't make full use of Polyphony Digital and wanted to try another company. It makes sense I suppose, Turn 10 has been doing well in terms of representing cars in this game.

Really Enjoying the 400 Class , fed up with the AI using a !,000,000cr Ferrari though , not to hard to get past it on the corners , but it usually has a higher top speed . Anyhow after humilating it with the cheapest car I could find an tune to 400 PI , i decided to get me own back in another way .

Presenting the 2003 GOLF R32 , 24,000cr to buy , but its a 404 PI , simple add a roll cage , that takes it down to exaclty 400 an i am killing that bloody Ferrari everywhere :P

As much as it pains me to admit it, the Hondas just dominate in D400, unless it's a flat out speed course, where the muscle cars will win out. The Civic and ITR I've got routinely put me on podium online.

At Lime Rock, tuned cars are roughly 2 seconds quicker than even the stock cars sitting at the very top of the class.
