I'm betting the date was wrong, seems unlikely that they would release 2 DLC packs in one day. But I hope I am wrong in thinking that, 28 new cars and a track would be pretty nice.

"PC" stands for "personal computer", which a "mac" comes under. And you are in luck, as the Elgato HD60 works with macs.

FWIW, I use the same one as @Ialyrn, hooked up to a Mac Book Pro. It works pretty seamlessly for capturing - I've set it to 720/60 as it seems preferable to 1080/30 for Youtube content. It's also massively simpler than trying to get video off the PS3.

And hopefully the nuclear powered jet car... The hell does that work? From my limited knowledge of jet engines that wouldn't work. Nuclear/Electric hybrid is more "logical"... For a car with a reactor in it.

This question is for anyone who uses xboxdvr.com for videos. When you click on embed video to copy the code so you can paste it somewhere like here, it gives you three sizes to choose from. Small, medium, large. What's the best one to pick, and what does it actually do?

And, can't you just copy the video link using your phone? Isn't that just as easy?

A while back they wouldn't embed for me at all, no matter if I used the link provided, or just copy and pasted the browser link. They seem to be working fine now, so that's good. Got tired of hotlinking to my videos, so this makes it a bit easier.

I just found out that running a 24 car 50 Lap race at the full Top Gear circuit is quite the adventure. I was in the 2010 Abarth 500, with an S class tune I found by @Im_Lukas. I got T-boned several times, ran into the back of, and cars were flying everywhere. It was quite nerve wracking crossing the paths of other race cars coming straight at you. That would be an experiment to use Indy Cars in a race there. It reminded me of watching those figure eight school bus races on television.

Looks like you've found my favourite lobby car, I run the 500 all the time on Nordschleife, Yas Marina and rain races and it's usually the first car I jump in to when I start up Forza to adapt to the game again. It's actually surprisingly good, although it did start off as a joke of "I bet I can beat you in the Fiat 500" .

I'm sure by the end of that race your car didn't look any worse than mine did in the public lobbies tonight though. I may have to try one of these Top Gear races some time, it does sound quite amusing.

It really gets your heart pumping when you're coming down the the straight and you see cars coming down the opposite straight. I remember I've done something like that before

Just remember that there's a possibility that Turn 10 will keep adding new brands into the game too, making our goal even harder.
Still though, looks like you've pulled a fair distance ahead of me. Once I leave this Virus tag lobby I'm in, I'll give you an accurate count of how many I've done.
Edit: I've done 44 manufacturers. You're officially ahead now.

I'm sure I'm going to slow down a bunch. We've had really crappy weather here past couple weeks, it's getting nicer out, will be spending less time playing. I have a bunch of the ones that won't be so fun to max left as well.

Ive been picking the next affinity by just choosing the next highest one to the maxed ones on my list. It just so happened, the last few days they happened to be a lot of faster cars like Ultima, Hennesy, Noble, etc. Those go a lot quicker then they will when I get to Land Rover and company. 👍

I don't want to give any advice in the off chance it makes the situation worse. My guess would be to immediately quit the game from that screen, in the assumption that it hasn't tried to save since the error message came up (thus creating a blank save). But that's a guess, and I would in no way suggest you listen to me, since I haven't experienced it.

I was editing my tune for my A700 Subaru SVX, and after selecting yes to save changes, the game locked up, kicking me back out to the dashboard. Since then, that message has popped up, and I'm literally locked out of Forza 6. I don't know what to do...every site I check is saying that my save could possibly be corrupted. I can't believe this...

Believe me man, I tried the hard reset. I launched the game without logging into my XBOX profile, I launched the game while signed off XBOX Live, I changed my language/location...nothing. Nothing worked. It looks like I'm going to have to start all over again. I don't even know if it's worth it...

I wouldn't give up just yet, I'm sure in the morning there will be more people on here that may have ideas or been through something like this. Is yours the digital copy or disc?
