The point of this competition is to provide a level playing field for competitors so any advantage is gained through driving skill, not tuning skill.
Explain this part please. Because what i did understand is cars from Tier 4 only can be use (Veyron, Mclaren SLR, Mclaren F1, Zonda R, Zonda F, Reventon, Lexus LFA, Koenigsegg), and we can't use any setup available. That means Stock cars?2. The use of any Tier 4 vehicle shall be done so without the use of any tune, all vehicles must use the factory-applied settings.
Now the question is do I go with the faster but more lunatic cars like the Zonda and hope for a clean lap, or pick something slower and easier to drive and make up for it with fewer mistakes...
Tedious, isn't it?

8. The Lap of Fire is limited to only 3 trial sessions, and your best time will be chosen from that which is presented.
Now, I may be having a senior moment because I got up too early this morning, but could someone clarify this for me?
We just do three laps and take our best one? We only get three chances to post improved times? Something else?
Well some one must be first with his posted time.
I learn how to drive this car fast and now i learned how to drive it slow, it's amazing how stock car is differentin handling from my beloved tuned Zonda R, but still i did manage squeezed some good time.

Drove the stock Zonda R around Spa for a long while to get used to that twitchy damn tune. I realized that if I dialed my accelerator sensitivity back I was less likely to lose the back-end in those twisty parts. That actually helped quite a lot once I got used to it.
Anyway, ran my first official Time Attack on Nordschliefe and made it around in 6:35.67 Some ugly parts in that lap, but never quite went off track. I got a picture in the camera, but since I've got two to go...
Hey Terronium! Are we allowed to practice on the Nordschliefe in Race Mode? I wasn't real sure if that violated the rules or not.
