Look what I found somewhere else, a thought of dart_test:

And another interesting one for a demo rally test track:

Also:

North America?
And finally, I don't know if we have gone over this yet, a list with some removed tracks:
eigerlist.jpg

Palm Strip - We went over this many times
Eiger Path - My opinion is that Eiger path is Grindelwald, mainly because it is not on this image from a magazine I think, and that Eiger is only a few miles away from Grindelwald, according to Gran Turismo wikipedia page: http://gran-turismo.wikia.com/wiki/Grindelwald .
North American Roadway - Could be indi...

Interesting, a couple of unused maps. About "Plam Strip"; I'm not surprised about that at all. I mean, the first version of GT2 had so many typos that it wasn't even funny.

That's a very early looking Red Rock Valley there...or is that High Speed Ring?

The physics look very unfinished too, the car's are wobbling all over the place.

^ Way, wha!? ANOTHER >MISSING< TRACK!? :dopey::crazy::scared:

I noticed Pikes Peak is missing from that list. While it's entirely subjective, I don't find Seattle Circuit to be one of the three most difficult tracks in the game.

I guess if I was hairing the engine sounds a little more, maybe...

Just so I can be useful, I found an early version of a Data Transfer menu

Also, in a demo version of GT2, the Plymouth and Mazda logos were different from the final.

The following lists my reactions on the above vid:

0:08 - That is NOT Kaz. NOT Kaz. The cars look pretty good but the track looks unpolished. I think it's Rome...

0:20 - Is that Seattle? Oh, my, my! It looks like a pre-pre-alpha version of GT2... And the velocimeter has a DERP expression on it.

0:35 - That's not Rome, that looks more like, you know, a silly version of Madrid (not the GT5 track, tho).

0:39 - Whoops, my bad.

0:41 - Velocimeter back to normal, perhaps a more advanced copy of GT2. Tahiti is also very normal.

0:50 - Laguna Seca and the return of the DERP velocimeter.

1:01 - I don't believe they went to Laguna Seca (well, okay, GT2 used the PSX's full capacities - but still...). I just don't think that's Laguna Seca, I think about something else, less "vivid".

1:17 - Clearly, the physics were also undeveloped, because I've never seen anyone drift the Corkscrew so easily, and I'm a fan of drifting in all GT games.

1:25 - A great vid, with lots of new info about this game everyone loved. Perhaps if we could get our hands in this "pre-pre-alpha" disc, we could look at tracks no one knew that existed.
