This sounds fun! I think I'll have a go in the next month or so.
What are the rules for the track boundaries? Between the white lines, 2 on the rumbles? Concrete ok? Can you go on the thin brown line rumble strips with grass in them like dude did on Nurburgring in last BC?

I hope everyone can stay within the boundaries as stated in the first post! the concrete behind the rumble strips is classed as illegal in this comp and if they do run on the concrete they must still have 2 wheels on the rumbles at the same time to be valid ... the same goes for the tar behind the white lines! 2 wheels must be on the white line when using this wide berth also 3 or more wheels behind the rumbles or white lines makes that said run invalid 👍

I will add an exception for the Nurb and as long as no wall hits or 3 or more wheels on grass or dirt the run will be valid

There's also the fine concredirt on some tracks, such as the double-right before El Capitans T1 - I don't think it's even there on these circuits, but if it is - is it counted as valid?

And I think I heard that rephrasing of the rules somewhere...

I dont think it is on any of the tracks we are using! ... maybe the Nurb .. not sure? It will be classed as an off anyway if it was used with more than 2 wheels as its not legal in this comp 👍

Anyone who has run the GT3 Time Trials in the past will remember how easily they failed you for going 3 wheels off etc ... we are basically looking for the same restrictions here

I just watched all the replays posted by Niels and all are good clean solid laps 👍 I liked the hanging onto the rumbles by the skin of your teeth on the final turn on TT4 👍 .. Sweet laps man and Thanks for uploading

I tried to view Kents replay also but it gave me lots of problems .. I put all of Niels replays on the max device with Kents replay also and when I clicked on the blue usb icon in the maxdrive transfer screen it would go to a blank device as if no replays on the device when I knew there was? also when i tried backing out of the usb blue icon it would crash the maxdrive and require a reboot ... I tried a few times deleting them and getting fresh again from my PC and still no joy so I came to the conclusion it was an error with Kents replay and grabbed Niels replays on there own and when in transfer screen all where there your file is corrupt for me Kent so I cant verify it for you! .. but if it works for someone else then cool deal I can put a valid clean icon next to your submitted time on the leaderboard

Let me see what I can do.

One thing to keep in mind is the possibility that the Ring replay (probably twice the size) could have taken longer to register on the maxdrive detection screen. Cancelling that process could have been what caused the need for reboot.
Not sure what happend but I will upload again in any case.

Oh, and if I'm going to work with the maxdrive, I may as well put in another session or two... I'm guessing that means the new file may come around monday night (not to say I wouldn't appreciate someone else trying to see if the lap is viewable).

And there's was a lot of panic on that finish at DF. I was a head of a 1'21.9 ghost, so I felt the dreadful rubber thumb coming up.
I turned in too early for the last turn, counter steered, and then turned in again. So instead I came in too late and just barely was able to hold her on the track.

For a more cool driver the turn could have been both faster and considerable smoother.

Finally had a chance to look over my replays, TT2 and TT5 are dirty lol. So I'll re do those later. I'll upload my replays shortly

EDIT - Re-did TT2 for 10 more min and got a CLEAN:
TT2 - 1:39.698 (will upload shortly I hope)

TT10 - 7'17.512 clean but slow once I'm 4 mins into it clean I just start taking it easy because there's nothing worse than going off at 5'00

Doubt I'll go back to this, will post my slow replay up tomorrow...

and btw i used tcs
