Thanks everyone for your concerns, it's much appreciated. Blood pressure was dangerously high when I took her to hospital (195/118). They treated her, still not out of the woods but got it down somewhat.

She will need to take it easy next few days.

Good to hear she’s improved. My mother had something similar happen with her blood pressure three times in one week a few years ago, which resulted in rushing her to the ER all three times. Really scary situation so I wish you both all the best.

Agreed! Great racing tonight. The start looked like it had multiple battles going on!

Edit: Some nice liveries too! Alot of retro themes out there. Felt out of place with modern sponsors lmao.

That was a really great combo. I had such a good time racing this evening, and it was the first race where I didn’t wreck I think! I thought I’d have a shot at finishing higher after doing well in the opening laps but @FREEREVN and @TEX36 were just way too quick and had a great strategy. I was hoping making only two pit stops and using hard tires on two stints and softs on the third would be enough to keep me in front but I guess the pure speed that came with the better grip from the soft tires won out.

That's great to hear! I tried to do the one-less stop strategy by going SMMMS but I think the tire overlap wasn't close enough to make it happen. I ended up 20s behind @BradESPN and only ahead of @Sean Renon because of mistakes.

You guys were just in another class tonight. I thought I could keep up with you and Brad but I had a bit of a hiccup on the first or second lap and that thought quickly went away lol. I just remembered that I actually did go with the SM tires in my last stint. My original plan was hards but my fuel lasted a bit longer than I thought so I thought on the M’s. Managed to get within a couple of seconds of FREERVEN but he was just too quick during the race which made the difference.

I think in general soft tires always out strategy hard tires.

I have pace there, I just lacked practice. Bought the car with about 40 minutes left before racing.

Took me half the race to realize I could take turn 3 flat out lol.

Also too many rookie mistakes costing me time here and there.

Love the circuit though, car wasn't as hard to drive as I was expecting.

My last sent I went 12 or 13 laps on softs and was losing time quick you would have caught me in another lap

May I join the Choir in saying that last night's race combination was the BEST I have experienced yet.
1) The car was dependable, consistent, and smooth at all points on the track;
2) Once the track was "learned", the rhythm was astoundingly perfect; (the car had a lot to do with that, of course)

Most of all: It was the first race where there was a constant "race for position" going on throughout the race.
@FREEREVN and I were nose-to-tail most of the night - only a mistake allowed me to slip past him in T3.
With identical Pit Strategies, it was hard to get away from each other. Sometimes a comfortable gap entering the Pits was lost on Exit (no damage repair, just crew efficiency - or amount of fuel added, perhaps)

Tuesday nights are the pinnacle of the week, both in preparation and anticipation.
Thanks again @BradESPN for all the time and effort you have, and are putting into this Series.
And, Thanks to every Driver that contributes to the SIM Racing experience for us.
For me, it isn't SIM ......
I'm IN A CAR the entire night - even have the tired hands, and sweaty shirt when I climb out of the rig!!

Hope I can find/pick a car & track that will come close to the same level of enjoyment for next week.

Well put.

You legitimately scared me when you went passed on turn 5?
I was frustrated after going off track and trying to get back on safely, wasn't looking at my radar and hello you just appeared inside me - I was glad we didn't have contact.

Sorry @soundtiger95 for almost hitting you in turn T1, not sure if you drive with a rear view mirror but if you do - I'm glad I was able to use the run off.

Also @abm89 good battle into T1, that was legitimately my only (non blue flag or mistake assisted) overtake of the evening, and we both kept it clean running side by side through turn 1.

Yeah at that point I was just trying to make it a little difficult for you since I was on the Mediums. No need to wreck my strategy fighting hard.

The first two laps, I was trying to put the pressure on @BradESPN but he definitely found some more pace since the monday practice. Getting that clean air was also crucial.

I'm glad you enjoyed the combo! I share the same thoughts as well. @BradESPN has something good going on here. I honestly look forward to tuesdays more than sundays.
