What cars to run next season

The GT300 cars won't be equal if you simply try running them at around the same PP as-is, they're all unique. If you guys want to cut to the chase I have a set of race-proven specifications you can use. They've been used in over three major series and tweaked and balanced to perfection over time. All you'd have to do is drop the non-premiums and you're ready to race.

Thanks for the specs. That saves me a lot of testing. We weren't planning on running anything but the premiums.

Cool, yeah, like I said, just drop the standards, keep the premiums and you're good to go.

Oh, and just a small note, all the spec's you see there are with broken-in engines

No problem. I can't take sole credit though. These spec's were built up by the best members of Pure, they all put lots and lots of time and effort into them. We want nothing more than to help every one get as much of the best racing possible out of GT5 so I'm happy to give you our valued spec's and also interested in seeing how you guys like them as well 👍 Feedback's always good. We have lots of otherspecifications for different car sets as well: Grand Am, WEC, GT3, GT4, GT500, Supercars, etc.

Well, my home network has been messing up for a couple of weeks now. I might get dropped, but I would like to drive something.

Reset your router to defaults? You should do a 30-30-30 reset (hold the reset button with the power on for 30 seconds, unplug power, keep holding the reset button for another 30, then power it back on, holding the power button for another 30) and then set up everything how you like it.

I'd love to run some races tonight but I think this hotel's internet hasn't been upgraded since the stone age. Once I'm home next week I'll start organizing next season.

Wardez says he has Grand Am, GT3, and GT4. I'd be very interested in trying any or all of these. I did some fishing and found some GT4 builds. Some of theme have quite severe engine limiting, though.

How about this one?

Omitting the Zonda of course.

I'm good with either one, but there are more cars in the PURE GT4 list that I'd want to drive: Evora, Vantage, 370Z, Camaro, Gran Turismo (though, the M3 is probably a great car and I shouldn't dislike the Corvette). In that list, I'd only be interested in the R8 (which is a standard, I think, that I might not have), the Camaro, and the 458 (again, I shouldn't dislike the Corvette).

Anyone else want to join us?

Hey Hill, any idea when we're starting the races?

Was planning on posting the dates tomorrow but I'm thinking we start forming teams this week. Starting on the 8th and every Tuesday after that STATS season V will race. I'll start working on the post first thing tomorrow so spread the word.
