here's my strategy at the 30min lemans... Use the x14 junior put racing softs on there and lower ecu... after lap 2 go to pit and refuel and switch to racing wets... then cruise until the end... you should be first by lap 4 since the AI pits late...only thing you have to do is take it easy on the corners aka break heavy then when you come out the corners accelerate quick... I realized if you just put it in 4th gear and not break you can easily take those turns before the pit and overtake the AI if they are in front of you

I gave up and started doing the tomahawk. sub 18 mins possible without penalties. Hard not to get a pen tho because of the AI and going flat out everywhere except two corners.

Should've started sooner. It'll probably get patched on Wednesday.

They probably changed something to Le Mans. I had two completely dry races. First race was totally cloudless. In the second race it was cloudy and it had some rain nearby but nothing at the track.

Is there a competive car you can go non stop?

I've been doing the La Sarthe WTC 700 race in the Time Attack Subaru. Does great in the wet, has DRS, and if you time your pit right with the rain you can finish over a minute ahead. Unfortunately the other drivers are fast enough to force you into doing another lap, but overall it's pretty easy.
Which Subaru is the time attack version?

it has been like this pre and post-patch. rain will come to some degree, even if incredibly minor, every race, but it varies. makes the grind much more fun because you can check the radar and decide when to pit for wets or inters, or whether to change at all, and when to save some fuel

Best one so far for la Sarthe wtc700 is detuned Peugeot 908 hdi.
No pit no tyres
Racing hard
Detuned
Ballast
Trick is to change gears up around 4k rpm.
Fuel mix has to be adjusted few times to last the whole race.

You can put the Redbull x2014 into fuel map 3 and never need to refuel.

And no, it doesnt rain every race. Sometimes you will get a completely dry race. Not even a cloud.

I prefer the heavy rain races. Can usually finish right at 30mins on lap 6. In a dry race I have to spend an extra 3min on the track finishing the 7th

Same here. I've been doing this in a RX-Vision GT3 and usually get to 1st by the end of lap 1 using fuel map1 then switching to 6. If it doesn't rain, I can manage 5 laps and then I stop adding just fuel for another couple of laps. With rain Ai is much slower also wasting more time with pitting and you can just relax on lap 6 and wait for the timer to reach 0 before the finish line.

Tokyo Express TC600 does it quiet good for earning money, too. A clean win will be 825.000 Cr. as well and i managed to do that with the Gr. 4 GR Supra in then 27:42. setup was High rpm turbo, sport hard tire, aero tuned to 150/200, power to 98%. fuel ratio turned to 2 for the whole the race. You to need to shortshift a little bit and do some lift & coast on the long strait.

to speed everything up while making it easier you can bus the fully adjustable race gearbox and set it to 320 km/h. Then you can set fuel to 2 until lap 9 or 10 and might go up to 1 for the last laps. With this setting you should be able to finish below 27:30.
This event’s been a nightmare for me so far (I don’t want to use the tomahawk), might give the Gr4 Supra a go

I tried it for the first time last night with a controller using the Tomahawk and it is intimidating at first but once you get a feel for it, its a dream to drive. I was doing it under 19mins. Best lap was a 1:23.669. Just have to trust the grip and trust it will turn (it will). Lapped the field 4 times, no stops. Put the gas a 3 or 2 and you're good the whole race. On sport softs as well.

I do the Blue Moon Bay race that has three tracks. I use the Tomahawk road car and it’s 6 laps in 3ish minutes and 52K with clean race very easy. I advance to Daytona and quit and do the Blue Moon Bay a second time so I get 104K for 6 minutes of racing. Rinse and repeat. Because of the quitting and entering the race again it’s more like 8 minutes spent. But it’s worked for me. I also do the Two Trail Mountain races as well to mix it up.

I did it without pitting in the Audi Quattro GrB car, race hards. It will keep up on the straights with low fuel map. I finished 1+ minute ahead.

Pan-American Championship. I rank it about even with the Trial Mountain Cup in terms of how much an average player can earn, but Blue Moon Bay is bit more tedious than Trial Mountain and you don't have to watch out for suicidal lapped traffic on the mountain

Honestly the Le Mans race isn't that difficult to win, even if you have to pit often. I won it on my first try (clean bonus as well) with a modded Ford GT. I had to pit every 2 laps for fuel. I used RH tires because while they wear indicator showed them as fine after 1 lap, it really SEEMED like their grip started dropping off on lap 2. Go figure. But with 700 hp you're topping 200 mph all over the track. It's a massive advantage over the Gr4 cars mostly populating that race.

Has the Tomahawk X been patched already? No matter what settings I change I can't get it below 1100pp.

No mate. Been using it all day and just bought the legendary McLaren. Jumped up from collectors level 34 to 40 with one car so collectors level must be attached to price. Also bought the original AMG and the Alpine from legendary today. Got a pile of invitations to do tomorrow with Tomahawk money 😂

Yes. For every 1000cr you spend, you get 1 collector "point". That 9.5M Macca would've given you 9500 points.

So which SRT am I supposed to buy for the farm? There are four Tomahawks to choose from.

Nvm I found Mistah MCA's video.

That depends which event you're planning on farming - but I do clearly say which in the article...

I feel like Sardegna and Sarthe are fine ways to get credits, and the payout is enough. Hoping PD does some more races at this profit. I'm OK with them being accessed later in the game, which would partially achieve what they want, which is having to play the game a bit before you can reasonably get legendary cars. Just.....give us about 10 more of those races.

And get rid of the off-track penalties. If you're in the sand somewhere, you're already penalized by your bad driving. That's just kicking someone when they're down ;p

Clearly I'm not paying attention. For example, I bought the car and tuned it and only then realized that I have to complete the menu books. I just started the Mercedes book.

I had some help from @CoenRSD earlier this evening with the tune and was able to get it working. Just had to mess around with the gearing a bit to get it to play ball.

Managed to earn enough to buy the Alpine and AMG from the LCD as well as the NSX Type R, Vette ZR1 and Audi R8 from the UCD. Going to be continuing the grind until they patch it :D. With Racing Hard tires and Fuel mode set to 2, you don't need to pit at all. Towards the end of my last few races, I was doing 1:35s around Tokyo.
