The GTP Rolex Sports Car Series S4! Polar And Mustard Champs!

Fixed it ;)

Also if last night is an indication of things to come were in for a great season!

Oh yea, last night was great! We had 4-5 DP's on pace, and GT seemed to be very close too! Hopefully we gained some full-timers, if we did, this is going to be the best season ever!

Resh should be on pace after I help him with some settings.

Second Dark Horse Sports entry expected to run in 1-2 undecided events in the Rolex Sports Car Series

;)

Also ran some laps at Daytona (though don't think ill be available that weekend). Running consistent 1:38s with a best of 1:38.2xx. Those were really green laps so I expect to see people run 1:37s come pole time.

Next weekend we will race at Le Mans. Anyone have a favorite version?

You guys should simulate a 24 hour race. Go to the time change version and use this equation to simulate 24 hours.

1440/the approximate length in minutes.

So by calculations if the race should last like an hour, you set the time change number to 24 (1140/60)

EDIT: when is the projected start to the season?

That's the plan :)

To all DP drivers: use the high rpm turbo and stage 3 engine so you can keep up on the straights!

👍👍

Not like you have the number off the top of your head but what is your PP for the DP with all upgrades and max aero. Making sure I have everything up to par

Can't wait for 3 things.
1.The actual season.
2.Cnd to give me his settings.
3.My race reports (I'll start them on the actual season).

Ooooo I may be able to make Daytona then!! (Given someone doesn't make it)

Sweet.

I'm at work right now, so I can't look at my settings. I will have them to you sometime after I get off.

After last night, I thought of a nice change:

DP goes from 8-7 to allow Mel to host and be the pace car. I think this is the best solution because Storm was able to connect no problem, but when I host he has problems. I will not make any differences in the people signed up because one DP driver pulled out, so there were only 7 full-timers anyway.

I will not make the Daytona race due to a already scheuled vacation to Alabama. Should be able to make the full season after that.

Great! So then Shagg could maybe fill in for you at Daytona!

Checked my schedule and I'm available that weekend. Its the start of my Universities Spring Break so it works out! Thanks for the pressure to carry the team at Daytona Jon lol.

I'm in!

Say "Hi" to this monkey, then. He lives in Alabama. But, because he's a golf-course monkey, you'll need [STiRIKE]urine on your hands[/s] a positive attitude. :sly:

I be in a town called Albertville during the time, anyways the race I don't mind missing is at Daytona Road...not a favorite of mine.

Well, as long as you're not overly serious about the NAEC polar runs, you're fine. But, if you're the type that tries to win every championship (one of those guys ) you're missing the first race of NAEC. Otherwise, who cares?

Ok. Using the times I mentioned previously we get [course - closest lap to upper time limit - rounded amount of laps]

  1. Daytona Road Course - 65 Laps - 65
  2. Fuji Speedway F - 35 Laps - 35
  3. Nurburgring GP/D - 40 Laps - 40
  4. Special Stage Route 5 - 43 Laps - 45
  5. Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course - 58 Laps - 60
  6. Suzuka Circuit - 29 Laps - 30
  7. Tokyo R246 - 34 Laps - 35
  8. Spa Francorchamps - 25 Laps - 25
  9. Monaco - 38 Laps - 40
  10. Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca - 63 Laps - 65

Though I wouldn't mind an extra 15 minutes on Suzuka & Spa :sly:

Seeing as the OP hasn't updated, thought I'd recall this. Note that I believe Daytona is 120 mins as opposed to the 90 mins the other NAEC tracks get.

There's no way I wouldn't go insane after 61 laps worth of Nurburgring.

Yes yes yes, OP updated tonight!

Well, I will safely say that last night's race was amazing! R0ss gave me such a tough going for the whole race that even when he had his little incident on the straight, I had to be on point. There were moments where I thought that I was going in a little too hot in Turn 1, but it just goes to show the limits I had to push that Aston Martin to. I don't think I've been in a race that close without some stern exchange of words about respect for a little while.

Very, very happy with R0ss' tenacity, but moreover the intelligence and respect he brought with it. GOINDY warrants a mention too, as he ever so nearly pinched it at the end aswell. I could see him catching with every lap in the final stages, because nobody likes being stared down by an angry-looking German car.

Also, though... everyone else seemed to be having some epic fights in GT elsewhere in the field, and aside from the tragic assault on our Canadian host, Gaz looked like he was settling into the rhythmn of Enduro-racing nicely.

I commend the DP guys for their respect to GT aswell; I had no issues at all when they came to lap the field. I looked at the replay tonight and the racing looked red hot in DP, so I'm hoping you guys had a lot of fun, too.

I got to watch most of your battle after the pit stop Tez and it looked like a lot fun. Two clearly talented drivers in well set up cars racing cleanly.A couple of more laps and things would have gotten real interesting because we were all only about a second apart at the end.

I know! It was crazy stuff.

I think luckily for me it was the very last lap (31), and I reckon it just needed a clean line through that final corner from either you or R0ss, and we'd have been looking at a 3-wide photo finish. With the draft I would have given you guys, I was at your mercy.
