Too close. All Biden needs is PA called and he's got it. Trump can make a comeback everywhere else if it played out that way.
My worry is them taking it to the supreme court and having it overturned.

The votes being counted in Pennsylvania do not include any mail ballots arriving after Nov. 3. Those are being kept segregated. This count is for votes in by Election Day.
Fair point. I think AZ is still being seen as a strong lock. The remaining GA votes look split, & who knows what the hell is going on in Nevada. NC has taken the week off.My worry is them taking it to the supreme court and having it overturned.
Is it too early for this?

It's not not a worry for me if it comes to that, but I genuinely have faith in the Court to not buckle for him. The only one in whom I'm not super confident is ACB; she featured in a Trump campaign event for ****'s sake.My worry is them taking it to the supreme court and having it overturned.
Out of the 9 justices, you have 3 who definitely won't side for Trump (unless he compiles actual evidence). All you need then is two of Gorsuch, Alito, Roberts, Thomas, Kavanaugh and Barrett to dismiss the claim. Even if Trump threatens to fire any justice who rejects his claim, it would take 2/3rds of the Senate to actually follow through with that request. Even in the current climate, I doubt you will find more than a dozen or so senators (only one I can think off that may be stupid enough to do this is Graham) willing to touch that. It's not not a worry for me if it comes to that, but I genuinely have faith in the Court to not buckle for him. All it will do is force a recount, which might see some change but not enough to overturn the overall results. To those uninitiated, if Biden was attempting voter fraud, then he did an extremely bad job of it as he only won the Presidency and didn't win majority back in the Senate (also didn't get rid of McConnell or Graham). It might be more likely that Trump was attempting fraud (duh) with his various schemes (that failed). It's still 2020.
Honestly...it's not a small part of me that wonders if he was aware of genuine voter fraud schemes and has been trying to divert attention the other direction. All it will do is force a recount, which might see some change but not enough to overturn the overall results. Meanwhile, Nevada probably will release the results in 2026 and Alaska's results have been eaten by a hungry polar bear.

Personally, I'm nowhere near ready to do that yet. It's over now. People are calling it early that Biden has won.
A few of those chicks are still fully encased in their shell. It's over now. People are calling it early that Biden has won.
Exactly. While it's looking good for Biden, he (and I assume many official outlets) will not be calling the race until all votes have been tallied. The last thing they want to do is cause the unhinged soon-to-be-former President to become even more unhinged.Personally, I'm nowhere near ready to do that yet.
For me it's not a small part at all lol. The thing with trump is everything he rail's against, he tends to be doing himself.

When you just wish the First Amendment would go away:
Should have sent Balto.Meanwhile, Nevada probably will release the results in 2026 and Alaska's results have been eaten by a hungry polar bear.
The Supreme Court is very late in the process - it'd have to get through other courts, including at State level, much, much sooner. Which it won't.It's not not a worry for me if it comes to that, but I genuinely have faith in the Court to not buckle for him.
