Georgia is to recount, the difference in votes for Biden/Trump is "less than a small high school". Additionally 8,000 military votes have been delayed and may not arrive in time to be counted.

I can do you one better: California is only at 77% complete.I don't know if Biden will hit 8 million popular vote lead, however, to add, New York is only at 81% in and Washington is only at 91% in, so there are still good chunk of votes there.
Thanks for that. Current margin is 1579. I'd sure like to know how the 9000 military/overseas ballots breaks down in terms of military/overseas. I'm also really uncertain about how many "regular" ballots are remaining to be counted in GA. They just counted 500 more 14 minutes ago.

Btw, North Carolina has been quiet and I imagine will stay quiet for a few days but it's still possible for Biden to flip it. Most of the populous counties yet to finish and are favoring Biden. These ballots are undoubtedly absentee, and if they follow a similar trend to GA and especially PA then it could happen. Take a gander at the expanded counties list. Maybe we should start running the math on this to see what is possible.
It's increasingly looking like Biden has sufficient pledge EC votes to be at or near 300, though we know that Trump will protest everything every step of the way.
The inauguration is in ten weeks and five days. Do we think he will have left the White House by then? If not, what's the actual procedure? Trump will have Secret Service protection, and Biden will have Secret Service protection...
We need Aaron Pierce.
I am of the assumption that current President, er, trumps former President and as such, while Trump will have Secret Service protection, that doesn't mean he gets to stay just because he wants to.It's increasingly looking like Biden has sufficient pledge EC votes to be at or near 300, though we know that Trump will protest everything every step of the way.

Trump will be considered trespassing and will be removed from the White House by the Secret Service as he is no longer President.I am of the assumption that current President, er, trumps former President and as such, while Trump will have Secret Service protection, that doesn't mean he gets to stay just because he wants to.
I think I'm more focused on Arizona. If NV and AZ come in for Biden, then Trump can contest PA and Georgia can recount all it wants.
It's a good thing that Trump didn't move much but honestly I'm about to give AZ to Trump. It's been trending red steadily. NV has steadily been trending blue when they feel like reporting anything.Arizona just dumped a ton of votes and the needle barely moved for Trump.
I'd assume that... but if it's Trump's detail's job to prevent him coming to harm, and he has a tanty at Biden's detail trying to remove him, on which side of that line do their jobs fall? Do they defend the ex-pres chucking a wobbly, or do they help their colleagues?Trump will be considered trespassing and will be removed from the White House by the Secret Service as he is no longer President.

NC would just be icing on the cake to prove Trump was full of crap.
They wouldn't toss him out and it's unlikely he can overpower them. They would forcefully escort him out of the White House and away from Biden. If he tried to grab the gun... I'm not sure any court would want to try a former president for an attempted assassination of the sitting president but that could be on the table.I'd assume that... but if it's Trump's detail's job to prevent him coming to harm, and he has a tanty at Biden's detail trying to remove him, on which side of that line do their jobs fall? I'd guess the latter - that his own detail would arrest him - but if we go to the extremes of possibility (Trump grabs a gun), who do they draw on? I imagine they do have a policy in place (and if they hadn't before now, they've just made one, given the increasing likelihood of Trump refusing to leave).

I won't cheer yet.. The worst is yet to come guys, there will be hell.. But hang in there, it is light at the end of the tunnel
For us in Europe this is very big.. For many of us it is actually a question whether we can trust the US in the coming years or not being able to. Luckily it seems it's the former at this point
For those of you who aren't in their late 20's or older, this is a gif from Peddie Pablo's song Raise Up in which he instructs the state of North Carolina to raise up, take their shirt off, and twist it around their head like a helicopter.
*I feel old having to explain that since there are people who are 19 that weren't alive when that song dropped.
Got any Fleetwood Mac songs you could reference?

Edit: This should be Biden’s intro song.
