Still not happy with CRB. No notice of when or how you lost it. Very inconsistent rules between tracks.
or which races it even applies to. Some races you will never get it no matter what and then some you will get it even if you cause armageddon on the track.Still not happy with CRB. No notice of when or how you lost it. Very inconsistent rules between tracks.
I have a 15 lapper grind I don't want un-nerfed. The rest should be reviewed for sure.or which races it even applies to. Some races you will never get it no matter what and then some you will get it even if you cause armageddon on the track.
You're right, what I meant was faster loading time compared to the PS4, but yeah, still sluggich compared to other AAA PS5 games like Spiderman (MM), Horizon Forbidden West and Ratchet & Clank, to name but a few.Are they though? I definitely appreciate getting to the race lobby in a few seconds but generally going in and out of menus still feels sluggish to me, compared to other titles on PS5 I'm not really impressed with GT7 speed when navigating through. And that wait time for a new livery to be applied is ridiculous..
Maybe I've been a little spoiled and forgotten the PS4 load times but as a gamer since C64 I feel like I can recognise the differences.
Doesn't feel all that zippy to me.
I suspect either the game engine is simply unable to display different types of tires during the pit stop animation or PD has lost their attention for detail and just doesn't care anymore. Pick your poison.Le Mans 30 min. PP7pp for example.
It rains, I pit for wets. The pot crew animation (the most hilarious thing in the game) shows them fitting slicks. X laps later the rain stops, I pit for slicks and they are shown fitting Wets, whhhyyy?
No wonder the AI are so flaky😂
Agreed, a small indicator to see if CRB still applies would be helpful.Still not happy with CRB. No notice of when or how you lost it. Very inconsistent rules between tracks.
I know 4 has been replaced by 2 or 1 some weeks, but am I right in saying 3 has been there every single week since launch?PD underutilizing the car list in sport mode.
Gr.3/4 is bland and I'm tired of pretending its not.
I could understand the ubiquity of Group 3 & 4 in GT Sport because they are #racecars (at GT7 would put it).I know 4 has been replaced by 2 or 1 some weeks, but am I right in saying 3 has been there every single week since launch?
Which problems with the game are specifically down to power? Would more power allow them to create more career events, or remove the wheel of misfortune? The biggest letdown of GT7 is that it is a Cross-Gen game!!!
They can't use all the Power from the PS5 to have a better game/experience.
They should never have released this game as a Cross-Gen...so dissapointing!
The problem is, they have to fix to much stuff to get both consols in one space. Ps5 only in focus means less fixes and adding the stuff we want or even being on release in the game. Better and more detailed graphics no pop in, no level of detail zone arround the car etc etc etc.Which problems with the game are specifically down to power? Believe it or not this is classic console game dev technique. Game releases with fine graphics, then they downgrade it for performance reasons as the codebase grows with each update, finally if they have enough cash to go around... it eventually gets updated to almost launch quality graphics, though its never the same again. Please stop downgrading the ps5 version only to suit ps4 for online mode.
The sidemirrow reflection looks now like ps3 graphics. Color of the suit is not shimering on te rolecache anymore. Still no 60fps reflection in cockpitview. That game dosnt improve one step on ps5 in terms of graphics and fidelity.
And Gt becomes more and more Arcady. Every update makes it easyer to drive.
Ps: it seems the sidemirrow thing vary from car to car. Worst on the new nissan gt3. On sf19 it looks normal.
Not really, that happens between 1st trailer like they show how they wanna achive it, then they released it and its not like the trailer and after release the game improves.Believe it or not this is classic console game dev technique. Fun fact: Special Review-only copys of games that exist before the game's official release often look much better or are more fun in some aspects. As such was the case with Burnout 2 where also the crash physics were so much more dynamic and yeetable. There are actual videos of this too so you can see the differences between review copies of games vs final product release.
Well, that’s disgusting for a game that calls itself “The Real Collecting Simulator”Managed to acquire all 446 cars the other day but wasn't rewarded in any way for acquiring 442 (pre-update) or 446/446.
You would think PD would reward you with at least some unique decals, credits or a unique car but nothing. Not even a congratulatory message.
Kinda surprised an oil level/condition wasn't added to the tire shop at the track...I wish they would it more visible or easier to change oil!
Im sick of having to check pre race by going to the auto shop to check the oil.
They need to include an option in the car tuning page that shows oil level and an option to change it too
I hope the Sophy update comes soon...The AI!!!
Did 4x 1hr Race's on LeMans Today...
-First Race Hard AI (i drove as fast as i could) Finished 6 Seconds ahead of 2nd.
-Second Race Hard AI (i slowed down to lose about 5 seconds every lap) Finished 6 seconds ahead of 2nd.
-Third Race Normal AI (driving casual so between as fast as i could and slowing down) Finished 6 seconds ahead of 2nd.
-Fourth Race Easy AI i lapped the 2nd place after 40 minutes...
I hope they add an option to disable Rubberbanding for Custom Endurance Races...
The decision to ge full native 4k/60fps was a huge mistake IMO, the graphics engine appears to be at its very limit as is.Gt7 is the first titel from a tripple A sony exclusive that get wors insted of improve after release in terms of fidelety and graphics.
Yes.or was this plain AI cheating?
