Thanks for the share stotty, with your setup and few changes to adapt lsd to my DS3 control, I managed to be around 1.28.8xx at the moment and I'm still being capable of lower it a little more to .300/.500 +/- :)

Cheers 👍

good time therebomberpt out of interest what did you alter to suit the ds3.

My tunes will almost always be built around Active Steering Strong. I like the way the steering feels with it on as for me it gives me more feel of what the car is doing - I know others who feel the complete opposite.

That's interesting. I can only remember once when AS helped improve my time, I think it was a TT at Deep Forrest with a RM Elise. Usually I find it makes the car a bit lifeless and disconnected. I think I only tried it on my "tamed" version of your tune. I'm going to have another go now with your tune with AS and see how it goes. I'm only 0.3 away from my target 1.30 now.

I'm not sure if it's quicker or not... I just prefer it.

When I last looked at the top 10 for the C7 TT (relevent as there are no settings to change on that one) some were using it and some weren't. Top 3 were not though.

I've done another few laps both with and without AS and there's not much in it in terms of times. I did notice that the way the fast people take that last corner in the tunnel, where they seem to just point it at the wall and control it on the throttle, seems easier with AS. Still not easy though!
I've improved my time, with AS strong, but I think the main reason was that I put the BB back to your rear-biased setting. If I'd just stuck to your tune I could have saved myself a lot of trouble. Thanks again.
My best time is now 1.30.001, which puts me in the top 1000. I think that'll do me for now. Although I think I know where I lost that millisecond.

I've setted the LSD to 5/5/10 and used ABS 3 :)
For me it was enough, because the major problem of the SLS to me was the power that made me drift a lot :P

A very challenging combo!

Currently sitting at P28 with 1'26.560. I could probably dip into a low 26 but that's probably about it... Often about a tenth up at T1 but end up running into one of the walls near the T2 split.

To the guys at the top running mid 25's - respect!

Cheers,I had changed my diff to 8/8/8 and softened the springs although it feels less slippery I can't improve on my 130.5

I just did a 1'33.808 with a totally stock SLS, which puts me on 9731 on the boards.
I don't care about finishing high on the leaderboards, as I always try TT's with stock cars.

As for the Chamonix TT, I did a 2'16.133 using a stock Suzuki SX4 WRC.
I tries with the Celica WRC, which handles much better, but I missed gold by 0.8 secs.
This event was really fun!!!
*why is everyone using Elises for the snow track?*

Atm I can't, but later I'll let here my setup to you see if it helps :)
'Cuz I think I've changed something else also, but I'm not sure

Wow. I just improved 0.02 seconds on SSR5 with 1 minute left in the TT

Didn't enjoy this one as much as the Elise at Autunm Ring, but it was a really good test of how sensitivite your right foot is.

Ran 3 sessions, ended up 22nd, but still over a second behind AmoRacing

My first ever top 1000 place, 515th on the snow. I'm quite pleased with that. Just missed out on the SSR5 one too. I had a go last night to see if I could improve my time of 1.30.001 but to no avail. Ended up 1086th in that one, which is still better than any of my previous TT positions so I must be doing something right.
I really appreciate everybody's advice and tunes, special thanks to Stotty for the SLS tune.

Well done Chris. 👍 Great effort considering the combo's difficulty!

I enjoyed the SLS AMG trial, eventually managed to get into the 26s after hours of driving. Finished 70th which isn't too bad. I think this is my highest finish in a time trial event, but that is probably down to a lack of fast drivers not taking part. :)
