Great to see the proper(non-US) Top Gear back. The Yeti piece was very enjoyable, especially since they do new reasonably-priced reviews once in a blue moon now.
That's not the new Stig, though. All the footage of the Australians was shown way back in September as a special for the Top Gear Australia. They filmed all of it just before Collins was finally revealed as the Stig.Well, the 599 GTO isn't a race car. They should make a GTO version of the 458 and see how fast that one is.
But, I think the new Stig is a rally driver. The way he handled the rally car...and drifted. If he was still alive I'd say it was Collin McRae.
And he's the fastest Stig ever. Awesome!
Was this the first episode you ever watched?SPOILER ALERT
SPOILER ALERT
SPOILER ALERT
Did you see yesterday's Top Gear episode? It is such a deception to see a British show attacking in such a vulgar and ignorant way the Mexican culture. They haven't even tested the Mexican super sports car, yet they are mocking it. They said that the Embassy is filled with guys sleeping because Mexicans are lazy, etc.
Just one note, as a country, yes the U.K. may be much more powerful than Mexico, but as individuals, trust me, there are many Mexicans way more educated, richer, and way more intelligent than many British guys.
What a deception, the BBC is now some sort of idiotic xenophobic ignorant "institution".
Oh, and by the way, it it wasn't for a Mexican, the Manchester United (the most powerful and beloved/hated soccer team in the UK) would be in a very different place in the premier league now.
I can't imagine Mexicans talking in a TV boxing show about British boxers, "hahaha, imagine a British boxer? All slow, trying to copy the American heavyweights in everything, haha, well, they copy everything from Americans, not just boxing technique, because they are now the little brother, haha, and since they eat awful food, they can't be strong, they can't box, they are like big fat girls dancing, oh, they even had to hire a Mexican to bring magic back to their "premier" league, hahaha, etc..."
My God, the world is sadder every day...
I have in high esteem a lot of British people, so obviously this is not a rant against them, it is just a note to show that some stupid people should not have access to the media in any part of the world.
I would love to see that Mexican car in GT5, that would be cool, don't you think?
Was this the first episode you ever watched?
They constantly take cracks at the Americans, French Italians etc etc. Yeah, it was a bit long winded but it was all in jest on a show that is purely for entertainment.
Sadly, yes, it was the first episode I ever watched.
i'm sorry to hear you were offended mate
but i highly doubt they are being serious, and are defiantly just stereotyping doing it for entertainment purposes
i wouldn't take it to heart mate 👍
I loved how Boris Becker said "Stig"
Schtick ... damn great xD
Boris Becker is really cool, I got an autograph back in the late 80's when he was the bomb since he came to Mexico City to play for the German Davis Cup Team.
Now that dude is on every TV show, I saw him on the Austrian show of that very tall curly hair guy, can't remember the name of the show, but it is about classical music performers and some entertainment elements. He ran with a glass of water and gave it to Cecilia Bartoli because she was thirsty, or something...
It clearly is your first episode. Here's a tip before you keep ranting about the hosts; they don't care, esp. Clarkson. They take the comedian approach to rants & brush it off.
You probably mean "Wetten, dass..."
It's a german show , and there are a lot of well know celebrities + modern music
The tall guy is Thomas Gottschalk.... lives in Los Angeles.
You are making a huge deal out of this & doing nothing but providing them with more entertainment. I guess you hate comedians as well, right?Yes dude, and it sucked. Anyway, they will always be ignorant and clownish, no matter if they brush rants or not. When they get real old and look back at their lives they won't see much accomplished, and life will laugh at them real hard.

They won't see much accomplished? Their yearly salaries & families seem to say otherwise.

How about this then, it has 350 millions viewers worldwide. How's that not an achievement? It's different, comedians with creativity are cool, and deserve respect for their work. Now, "comedians" just making racial slurs are like little elementary school kids having fun.
I meant not much accomplished in intellectual terms, not everything in life is money, you know...
I see nothing different considering that at the end, both comedians & TG crew will have poked fun at entire culture/race for a few laughs. People like you though who get upset & think they're being serious will have missed out. It's different, comedians with creativity are cool, and deserve respect for their work. Now, "comedians" just making racial slurs are like little elementary school kids having fun.

So? Neither is being the world's fastest man over 100m or scoring goals for Man Utd.My God, here we go again...
Fame & fortune are not an intellectual achievement.
As a Welshman who recieves more than enough jokes in regards to my nationality, yes I do!Anyway ExigeEvan and McLaren, you love your stuff, maybe it's your cultures, you guys think insulting other countries in "comedy" is correct and worth praising.
Then let them be ignorant clowns. But the 2 locations they've been to, amongst others that have been done on the show and others, are achievements. You guys also think a person accomplishes a lot in life with fame and/or fortune no matter if their job is a clownish rarity or offends millions.
Cool, I just don't feel the same way about it. They will always be ignorant clowns to me. No matter if they went into a volcano or tested a car at the north pole or whatever.
And what would your area of expertise be?anyone can insult my people and my country as much as they want. In the end, ME MYSELF as an individual can be as competitive as any other of the best guys in the world in my area of expertise.
It's funny how in the same episode the Australians took a beating and yet I don't see any complaining.British clowns or whatever they are or do, no matter how extravagant their stuff is, will always be that, ignorant (yes, rich and famous, woohoo) clowns.
Now, since I don't want to keep a bad image for Britain which of course has great intellectual offerings, I will go back to the beautiful King Arthur by Henry Purcell, and just stop wasting my energy with clownish ignorant bums. I mean, at their age doing that kind of stuff, and having that puerile sense of humor, my God... poor imbeciles...

Then why are you complaining about the jokes in a British television program when you will gladly hide behind the veil that "it's cultural"?If Australians don't feel offended it is their way of thinking, not mine.
If you as a Welshman accept/enjoy jokes from the ones that oppressed your people for years, it is your way of thinking, not mine.
If you think that sports are an INTELLECTUAL achievement, it is your way of thinking, not mine.
If you do not know my area of expertise, it is logical, and things just don't matter a bit or change anything for me.
Anyway, it's cultural, you'll never understand.
Then why are you complaining about the jokes in a British television program when you will gladly hide behind the veil that "it's cultural"?
If you don't like it fine, whether for cultural reasons or not. But to attack the show and it's presenters because it doesn't entertain a culture that it was never aimed at is absurd.
Sadly, yes, it was the first episode I ever watched.
And KILLINATOR: Ireland, Wales, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand, India, Jamaica, Belize, etc., rule!
kanjifreakThey will always be ignorant clowns to me
