How do you know? There's no patch notes out.
I’d happily be wrong but they aren’t mentioned in that article and a new scapes is. I guess we’ll see but at this point we need a kinda 2.0 version of the single player to make up for the lack of content and you’d expect something like that to be mentioned in this article. But like I said I’d be happy to eat my words.

Exept LM car that is real good car VGT is tempting... no interesting about SEMA car...
TOTALY DISAPONTMENT about no tracks and races...
PD intersting only about GT World Series...
They underestimate the GT as a best seller...

Would hold out until the patch notes are released once the servers are back up, thats when we really know what the entirety of the update is rather then just the new content.

3 cars and New Orleans scapes are the only updates listed on the site:

The site mentions "contents", obviously referring to the new content added. I doubt those are the only things changed in the update. And if say they are, then what exactly have PD been doing for the last month?

Those aren't the patch notes. New World Circuit Events at Spa were not listed on the equivalent page to what you've shared last time, they were only displayed in the full patch notes (e.g https://www.gran-turismo.com/us/gt7/news/00_4999333.html)

The 3 cars and scapes announcement does imply no new tracks or track layouts though.

That article only talks about new content. The actual details of the 1.15 update will come with a patch notes article sometime in the next couple of hours. This happens every single update lol.

Can't wait to drive the Rampage Camaro. Now they need to bring back the Red Devil.

There better be more events, and for the people who will inevitably reply “Custom Races bla bla bla”, raise the payouts of said custom races to match the events then so that it’s actually worth doing. (At least around 1.5M/hr with CRB)

EDIT: Also let’s see if they fix the lobbies too

Raised custom race payouts, along with AI that doesn't limit itself to 90% throttle and has its ridiculous rubberbanding removed, would solve the content problem for me. If PD won't make enough decent races, they should at least let us do it.

Idk why, but I found this extremely funny. VGT was expected.
I'm not exactly sure what is going on with the updates though. In GT Sport they were able to add ~9 cars per month for, correct me if I'm wrong, about 2 years. And a new track/layout every two months. And since that time they started to actively use outsource. So, why only three cars and no tracks (Spa last month honestly can't be counted as one)? I guess, they can be still on a "just-after-release" schedule and more focused on fixing stuff, rather than adding new. Or trying to have monthly content updates coming out for a longer time than GT Sport, so they keep some of it to release later and keep refreshing the game? Or maybe they are already saving some contents from a hypotethical GT8? Though there's one interesting thing in common about these three new cars - all of them are kinda "neccessary" to add, in a way. Vision GT because Vision GT, Toyota for the Cup and SEMA car because this is what the prize for the winners is. Keeping other cars for future paid DLC?

It’s so infuriating because it’s the first GT game where the AI actually has decent pace on most tracks, but PD completely handicapped it with no way adjust it properly
