Τhey "push" some manufactures that are or become sponsors in various GT events....
So you've already assumed that Suzuki is effectively about to become yet another partner, even though the series is literally starting tomorrow. And given this is PD, who knows how "Soon" that GR.3 version is coming.

Cant quite see the disappointmen - three very different contemporary cars all new to the series. And remember these are free, not part of some paid "car pack". Yes a track would be nice, but knowing the amount of work that goes to building them, Im not surpriced they dont drop so often. Ingratitude is yet another standart of our time and online culture..

Without tracks, the game feels on life support already.
This is exactly the kind of content I would expect from a live service game on life support mode, not from a two month old first party title.

We have:

  • 1 race car without any of its actual competitors shoved into a class with 0 events in the game
  • 1 long overdue tuner car from a dead awards program that's not been relevant since 2018
  • 1 fake VGT car that at least comes with a modeled interior, so hey that's something

How much effort actually went into moving the pitlane in Spa?

The difference is that the game was intentionally sold unfinished so they could add pieces back in later. Yeah, these updates better be free!

I guess so... the question is we want more "real GT3 machines or a more VGT Gr.3 projects. I prefer the first one.

Wouldn't this kind of be a ridiculous Swift? I mean it looks a lot like a Swift that's been run over by a road roller.
Yeah it basically is - but having an actual one in that category would still be fun. 😂

Yet the way you worded your post, you make it seem like the GR.3 category is swarming with them when there is literally only three GR.3 versions of Vision GT cars (Toyota, Volkswagen, Peugeot) while all the other PD designed cars are just fictionals. Again, where's the implication they won't add a new GT3 machine or more real cars taht compete with them? Hell Subaru got a new GR.3 addition and las it turns out, its a car that in real life competes with GT3s (albeit with some BOP adjustments, but point still stands). This game has been out for 3 months so maybe its just me, but it just comes off overreactive considering this game is still in a not altogether state.

Well, I have not been part of the screaming crowd, but I can understand the disappointment this time. The update seems underwhelming. We really need more content (races, championships). GT7 was clearly incomplete at launch, so I think it is reasonable to expect quite a bit of new content in updates. It's taking quite long now, which worries me.

There's a new weather radar with a slide!

Need BMW X6 or X5 in GT7, PD please:)
And more tracks like Rome, Paris, Madrid, Grand Valley, Cote d'Azur, Citta di Aria, Costa di Amalfi.
I want Volvo in the game!!!! How cool would it be to have the old Volvo's, like the GR.4 Alfa DTM we now have, or the new hybrid ones, like the S60, V60 or XC60 and XC90! We get those strange American Pickups, let's give us some European SUV's :D
Ow, and I realy would like to have the old Opel (Vauxhall/Holden) Astra and Calibra DTM like in Grand Turismo 4! That where great cars to drive!

Wait all for June guys. I have read latest rumors, with gameplay of forza Motorsport on game show and release date in October. It’s enough what PD here does. They don’t take the playership seriously and add their sponsored cars…

I wouldn't call polyphony tuned Gr3 or Gr4 cars fictional. I can make a Gr4 mustang by gutting it .

Ok, best update

They added global top 10 to licenses and circuit experiences!!! 😭😭😭 I'm so happy this has been like one of my most requested things since the beginning of the game

I wish they'd just done proper leaderboards but this is so much better than nothing I'm so happy

Other than that seems to be a pretty meaty update. 3 championships, lots of QoL stuff, physics and FFB improvements. I'm excited. Solid update.
