This might be my favorite VGT so far. Not yet another absurd spaceship supercar, just a genuinely cool looking little sports car concept with a cool little engine with an entertaining amount of horsepower.

This is going to be so tiny and strange to many (if not all) of you, but I would love it if the Arcade mode had the bronze, silver and gold checkmarks, just like they had in sport When you finish a race. It was just a tiny thing that the completionpest in me really enjoyed.

Without tracks, the game feels on life support already.

To be fair, the game really does have ‘enough’ tracks. There isn’t a track shortage. I’m also disappointed though as I’m a real track junkie so with the promise of more tracks from PD it’s a kick in the guts that we are 3 months in without one (that Spa fiasco doesn’t count).

Wondering wether the GR010 is in GR.1 or GR.2 because it’s significantly slower than the other LMP cars and produces laptimes 1 second faster than LMP2 irl currently putting in the realm of super GT cars

So you've already assumed that Suzuki is effectively about to become yet another partner, even though the series is literally starting tomorrow. And given this is PD, who knows how "Soon" that GR.3 version is coming.

I think the same happened with Mazda. We got that RX-V mid-season so players had the choice to switch. Anything can happen with PD.

I'm very curious about the "FFB adjustment". That's really vague. We already had a huge range of max torque with 1 being almost nothing and 10 being more than strong enough to clip on pretty much any wheel. So why do they need to adjust the strength? Is it more of a FFB quality thing that they've simplified or mistranslated to "strength adjustment"? Hmm...

Raising the impact threshold for contact penalties just might be the most-significant aspect of this update when it comes down to the real-world QoL experience of the game IMHO...

Really hoping those "adjusted" custom race payouts mean "20x higher". That's what was needed to bring them around the payouts of pre-made races.

If (and that's a big if) its happening, it ain't happening this season given how short it is compared to the season the Mazda was revealed. At best July or August but again, PD's definition of "Soon" doesn't match everyone else's. Also worth noting Lexus had the updated RC F GT3 (as opposed to the non-homologated Prototype) added back in March 2018 in GT Sport yet it didn't become a partner, same for Subaru after the BRZ GT300 car was added in the last update so its not a guarantee.
