1st was somewhat boring to me. The villain just wasn't interesting. The 2nd movie was a masterpiece, as it had great depth in both the antagonist, and the protagonist. The dialogue and tone of the movie was brilliant.
3rd movie was utter trash, and I'll tell you that anyone who knows anything about movies, will tell you the same thing. The characters are as shallow as can be (except Alfred, but he's hardly in the movie). The story is ridicules, and you'd be hard pressed not to laugh at the twists the movie throws at you. The only parts of the soundtrack that were any good, were the ones they recycled from the previous movie. The cinematography was good, though not as good as in the first movie. The climax is plain stupid, and will leave anyone with a working mind, sighing at how stupid it all is.
It doesn't help that the dialogue is pathetic, and does little to use the great line up of actors in the movie. Special effects are of course nice, but this isn't a freakin mindless action movie. It's supposed to have depth!
The end will have you laughing out loud of how stupid it is, though you probably won't laugh, simply because of how dissapointed you'll feel. I wasn't expecting the movie to be as good as The Dark Knight, but I sure as hell wasn't expecting it to be a pathetic excuse of a movie either.
GOD THE MOVIE SUCKED!!! No session today!

I would agree with you 100% on the first two movies. TDK ranks as one of my favorite all time movies. Which is making me skeptical about the 3rd, of course everyone has their own opinion about films but when our opinions coincide so well it's kinda worrying that something who thinks the same would rate it so low.

Well, I don't think I'll be able to host any sessions for some time. At the very earliest, I should be able to host again the first weekend in august. We've begun moving all my stuff out, and I've already ordered the internet for my new apartment. 
Going to be 30/3. I wonder if the upload speed (which is 10 times slower than now) will have an effect on hosting in GT5.

I was watchin bike racing from 9.00 till 18.00 so wasn't on yesterday.
Im going to see the new film next week, like the first two, so will have to see if its as bad as what you say Andy. Hope it it isn't just trash, was looking forward to seeing it.

Who's up for some testing tonight at 19.00GMT? I figured we'd start by comparing the Jag & Aston, and then go on to compare the R8 4.2 & M5.

I will happily volunteer sir. I think I have all of the cars that we will be testing anyway. And 3MB upload speed is really good, considering mine is just 1MB.
Not good when compared to the 30mb's I had before.
On the bright side. I can now watch Top Gear! Dispite the fact that I'm not paying for the channel it airs on. Haha.

Mines 0.1 and I hosted a 200 lap NASCAR. Also guys im thinking of hosting another. Now I know the issues that can come from it we can try and find a way around it.

Well I also have a NAT Type 1 connection and I pretty much go into any lobby I want and connect with virtually anyone even if their connection isn't so good. If possible, try and set up your router with a PPPoE type connection as this will allow you in most cases to have a NAT Type 1 connection and transform your online gaming

You aren't supposed to spam the Racing Series board with new threads. Besides, this was meant to be an ongoing series of VS events.
Anyway, the OP has been updated will a lot of new info.
, the wheels huge. However, I am much quicker with the XKR compared to the DB9.

Jawehawk, did you use real life photos for the pictures in the thread? I don't see how that's possible in GT5. Sign me up for the next series also, please.
Yeah, the first picture is real. Didn't feel like starting GT5 up again, after I forgot to get a picture of the two cars sitting next to each other. So I got one of the internet. Looks pretty good though. At least in my opinion.
About the cockpit in the XKR. Even though it's a bit big, it really does look great. Looks very luxurious.
