Some loukaniko sausages I found buried in the freezer, with mash. Sure they're a bit charred but I kept checking the forum while grilling them and lost track of time. Still yummy 👌🏽. Sweet and smoky with a peppery aftertaste.

So for lunch I’ve just had…

Ham, lettuce, onion & egg. On a white bread cake with mayo. From the local bakery at the bottom of my street. Washed down with a cup of tea and a white chocolate flapjack.

Tonight I’m cooking the below

Well… I’m going to attempt it anyway. Just finished roasting the chicken and waiting for the puff pastry to defrost (I hope it does by 6pm tonight).

Edit #1

Well it’s about to hit the oven. Not the prettiest but so far so good.

I'm going to eat breakfast now. I'm having 6 waffles, 4 blueberry muffins, 3 pop-tarts and a bowl of corn flakes. I'll be at the table for a while enjoying this, xD.

I think if I ate that for breakfast I’d be puking my guts up.

Way too much sugar and other junk in one sitting.

Normally breakfast is a small bowl of cereal (plain ones) or some rolled oats, nuts, seeds and fruit.

If I’m still peckish then I’ll wait an hour and then maybe have a slice of toast with peanut butter and honey. If that’s not on the cards, then something protein wise like scrambled eggs.

All this washed down with coffee.

Do you deliver to Thailand? I’d like the pepperoni, please.

Edit: beers are in for the evening.

When the meat is black and charred, it’s less likely to cause food poisoning. At least, that’s my BBQ rule. I don’t suppose it matters much with pepperoni.

going to a five-star pizza restaurant and seeing what kind of pizzas and sides they have.
I can almost guarantee their pizzas will suck.

Or they'll be decent but cost a fortune.

Likely a combination of both.

“However, some toppings carry a higher risk of food poisoning than others. For example, sausage, pepperoni, and other meats can contain Listeria or other bacteria. If mishandled, other high-risk ingredients that may cause food poisoning include cheese, seafood, and vegetables.”

Can’t say I care. People get sick from anything.

Thanks, now I am Jonesing for some cupped pepperoni!

That middle pizza looks  - it looks almost exactly like my favourite food on the planet, the "Malcolm Special", so-called after my mate who orders pretty much that exact combo from the best pizza place in Glasgow, "Little Italy". It usually weighs in at around £26/$34, but it is worth every penny IMO.

Are those home-made, or do you buy them fresh and cook them yourself? Either way they look amazing!

Buddy made them. Did his own crust. Can of Mutti PDO whole tomatoes in a blender. They were fantastic except the burnt almonds on the Hawaiian. I think I can safely say best I’ve had, but another friend makes a great potato topped pizza. They were so good I don’t mind the lava 855 degrees burnt roof of my mouth.

You know, maybe I should make my own pizza, I don't want to get sick from a Listeria outbreak. I'll just get the dough and other ingredients and get a family member to help me make them.
