More details, a few new cars and tracks released, more gameplay video, couple of exciting features announced, lots of vague hints.
I simply expect a trailer. It can tell us a lot, (if not everything) including new cars, tracks, features, etc. I learned A LOT from the E3 2010 and TGS 2010 trailer. I hope it's the same with the upcoming E3 trailer, if we are to see one.
I doubt Kaz will have stage time to go in depth on anything. I think there will be a new trailer, which will open up new speculations, and he'll be answering interview questions based on that.
Kaz wasn't at the Febraury event in person and the Silverstone event wasn't public, I think they'll give Kaz/Translator San some main event stage time at one event and E3 is the biggest stage in gaming. Then again maybe they will just give him time at TGS.

I really hope they actually show a trailer that actually represents what to expect from the game, the E3 2012 was horrible at that, hyped the game too much and set us up for dissapointment.
You mean 2010, right?
If Kaz doesn't end up getting any stage time then I expect more details about car customization, more premium cars, maybe some info about the standard cars (wouldn't count on it though), info on the Club builder/custom race organizer feature and to finish off a reasonably long new trailer leaving us with more unanswered questions and speculation.
I'll try not to keep my expectation too high, because in the back of my mind, something tells me it will still look identical like GT5, not saying it will with dumb speculation, but you know what I mean. Being a PD and GT fan for more than a decade, I kinda don't trust them this generation, maybe the Ps3 was also to blame to that. But I hope PD makes a huge surprise on E3 like almost PC like physics, liver editor, and life like sound etc... We'll see.
Besides better lighting/shadows (which they're doing) and the adaptive tessellation, there's not much more they can do to the graphics in my mind.
I remember I thought GT2 had awesome graphics when it came out, if I saw GT5 back then I would of thought it was real life!
I think everybody has extremely high standards when it comes to graphics nowadays.
The last part is amazingly true. Good graphics don't make a good game, they just make a game look good.
Rod CarvalhoGPS data track creator and livery editor to be confirmed.
Edit: and some epic BMW cars such as M3 E30

To put it simply.....
Gran Turismo 5.5
So far I don't see how this adds up to a full game. I'd rather we have it as a large DLC pack so they can concentrate on the real GT6. This smacks of PD being rushed by Sony to prop up PS3 sales.
Excuse my cynicism, but from what I've seen, it feels like Kaz (again) is going to further sculpt the same piece of clay rather than break the mold.
This is the first time I have ever considered skipping a PD title at launch, but I was thoroughly disappointed in Nov 2010.
I hope I'm wrong, but I was really pumped for a PS4 PD showcase that blew my mind like previous PD titles.
I should say that sometimes, GT5 is almost spiritually good. I think it just lacks cohesion and isn't the ultimate PlayStation racing experience we've come to expect.
Can someone explain to me how this is a 'new game/simulator' and not a mid life refresh of an operating system?

A trailer, with a very vague release date at the end.
