What did you do in GT7 today?

On the Plus account, I bought the first 20,000,000-Cr. car on either account, the 1938 Alfa Romeo 8C Touring Berlinetta as it's due to sell out at the end of 1/11. I then took the Red Bull Junior to Sarthe for the credits and the lowest-possible 10,000 Cr. from the 4-star Wheel of Despair.

On the GTP account, I used the Huracan Gr.4 to get the credits out of Sarthe. The 4-star workout roulette gave another 2022 Genesis G70, which I held onto for now.

Got Gold on S1, 5, 7 and 9 today. S10 is my last Silver. 7 was the only one that was hard. Getting used to the downforce and getting the confidence to fly thru corners took a while.

Best of luck on S-10. That one took me a couple hours of spinning out, taking the 1st corner wide, touching the curbs on the S up the hill only to spin out at the top, blah, blah, blah. Then when you nail the front half of the track you hit the back straight and spin out for no reason.

Pro tip, stay on the throttle on the back straight and drag the brakes to cut down your speed. It avoids the weight transfer and keeps the car much more stable through that soft left turn and sets you up to make the slightly tighter left before the bus stop. It took many tries for me to figure that out.

Anyway, I just ran Tokyo at 27:03 in the Celica. 7 seconds faster than my previous best. I can see upper 26's happening in the near future. Got 10k from my 4 star roulette ticket.

You don't run Tokyo? It's a nice change from always running Sardegna and Le Mans. Much more of a casual drive than a race.
my last real grind time i did to much Tokyo so left it for what it is since this update, but.....
I ran it again this morning and it's still one of the best races there is i think, nice to feel the car handling getting better slowly as the track gets better :) but enjoyed it again this morning with a nice clean race bonus at the end.
I always fly in the Huracan GR4, FM2 whole race, short shift a bit so you have 1 stint.
So now i'm back at 2 milion after spending 6 mil to compleet the european BC, now only need some Asia cars worth of 22.595.300 credits, that doable in 2 weeks, also getting payed 2mil for the time trial so we are getting there lol

Did my daily on my alt. account and got a six star ticket which gave me the toyota ft-1 VGT. When I finish the books and can car sell I'll be sure to get that 500k I was suppose to win instead! :sly:

Been having a blast racing the Touring Car 700 races with a Silvia spec R aero. Trying my best to respect racing etiquette which makes the races much more challenging. Racing on Dragon Tail atm. No tuning, no assists, no hud. Just remember to get rain tires BEFORE you join those :)

I bought a Jaguar.

Ran Le Mans with the swapped Z34, won but I still need to find a decent tune for the car, it has huge potential especially since it does 5 laps on FM1 but not really happy with its current behaviour. Sadly our lord of tunes still hasn't covered this beauty.

Sarthe had me complete the daily workout, for which I received a 3* ticket. The subsequent wheel of misfortune gifted me 5k credits, yay now I'm rich.

However since you're never enough rich I took the RC F GT500 to Spa and earned myself a good 1,5 mil; now I was rich enough to buy a Chiron and complete the Bugatti extra menu. Engine ticket sadly gave me a Lexus Super GT engine.

Since I still was rich enough I also bought the 365 GTB/4 from Hagerty, which instantly turned me into a really poor man. So I took the Lexus to Sardegna as well and earned some money back.

Given that I love that Lexus and since I was missing the last WTC800 event in Europe (Dragon Trail Reverse) I also went and raced there for some quick fun and 143k cash.

Total for the day: 405,5 km. Time to have some rest, I'd say!

On the GTP account, I used the Alfa Romeo 4C Gr.3 on a 1-stop strategy at Sardegna. The 4-star marathon roulette gave me a Nissan Silvia touring car, which, against my better judgement, I put one of my remaining GT-R NISMO engines in as I already had 4 swapped copies of the other three cars that can take that engine as a swap.

On the Plus account, I used the Porsche 911 RSR on a 6-5-4 two-tire-stop strategy at Sardegna. I probably could have gone with a 1-tire stop and won by a bit more than the 2.7 seconds that I did.

The 4-star Wheel of Despair gave carbon ceramic brakes for the GT by Citroen Road Car. As I won't hit 20,000,000 Cr. again before both the Mercedes W194 and the Ferrari 250 GTO sell out, and the next 20,000,000-Cr. car is a couple months away, I bought the 1966 Shelby Cobra 427. I should mention that, when I bought the elderly Alfa yesterday, the replacement value of my Plus garage finally exceeded the cost of the then-29 cars left to buy from Hagerty's. 28 cars to go, 240,650,000 Cr. to spend.

I ran Sardgena with the 962 and got 5K from a 3* ticket. Then I went to Sarthe with the 787b got to then I tried to give it a go w/o changing to IMs and of course it didn't go well so then I started playing Ghost of Tsushima

Re-tuned my '69 Corvettes,(thanks, Mr.P). Ran LeMans once. Got a carbon driveshaft for some Nissan. It'd be nice if we could sell back these parts.

Once again I went full GT500 Lexus for the night. Ran a Spa 1h for a million and a half, and a 4* ticket whose Wheel of (Mis)Fortune gave me 10k, making me incredibly rich. Then while still in my ZENT racing attire and behind the wheel of said Lexus I took on the last two WTC800 events I was missing: first it was Daytona and then Tokyo, funny how Gallo in the NSX is the one to beat in the WTC600 event and the slowest guy in the 800 version of the same race.

Closing the evening with 3mil, racking up for the F1 GTR Longtail hopefully.

Bought the 512BB and Shelby Cobra. Tuned both and ran them once each at LeMans. Both excellent. I maxed out the Cobra. It’ll do 220mph at LeMans. A little twitchy with the front end getting light, including being able to lift the front wheels in 3rd gear.

Got another Porsche invitation that I’ll never use.

few wks ago i sold 250 GTO for 11M & 8C for 10M to buy my 10th F1 before it expires.

just in time saved 20M to buy another 8C before it expired and another 20M just in time when 250 GTO came out.

btw, if you sell the car, it’s status will remain as “acquired”.

On the GTP account, I used the Jaguar F-type Gr.4 for my Sarthe grind. The 3-star Wheel of Despair insulted as usual, spewing out the lowest-possible 5,000 Cr.

On the Plus account, it was the Renault Megane Trophy's turn at Sarthe. I think that might be my favorite Gr.4 car - it can do sub-4:20 laps and last 4 laps with no real fuel management. The 4-star Wheel of Despair gave a Rampage engine (which, while I didn't already have it, isn't the Escudo engine).

Did 4 times 700PP le mans 30 minutes in a row because I am grinding my bloody brains out for the McLaren F1 97'. :ill:

I also gave my engine Swapped RX-7-787B a proper livery.- Shes my 700PP and 800PP endurance workhorse and a proper livery was long overdue.

Ran my own Motul Course De Montery as part of my custom IMSA WeatherTech Championship. It went decent, but I didn't do much practice with Gr 1 around Laguna. Never span the car though.

My reward for my troubles: The '08 GT-R GT500 Engine! Can't complain about that 👌

i’ve bought all cars, wheels, paint, and maxd my 100M credit limit every time i win a race. so what would you do with the credits?
Well, if you've bought everything already and can't earn anymore credits, I guess you might as well buy more of the same cars.
