I did max out one of my DS's
That thing is hilarious! drove around with it on GVH

afterwards took my upgraded FXX out of the Hypercar challenge, i think you would still win it if the gearbox was stuck in 4th gear
lol, what an absolute monster that is.

I took the Honda to the GV 600. It took a couple of tries for me to realize that I can't squeeze past the AI and slight bumps or divebomb in the corners 🤣. Once I started racing I was able to win easily. I took it to LeMans & Sardegna for some testing. I use the default tune at LeMans but I have to tweak it for Sardegena. It's fun car to drive but the rear slides a wee bit too much for me. Got 10k from the wheel

I finally got to play around with the new update, due to my PS4 wifi taking a dump. I started out by doing the new GVH1 CE. Once I golded the CE, I went to the LCD and bought the new Porsche and Honda. I drove a coupleof laps around GV in the new Porsche RS and my god does it feel amazing there. GV feels like a vintage road circuit in feel and the 2.7RS feels right at home.

Woke up earlier than usual today so I jumped on the PS5 right after a shower and coffee.

1. Golded a couple of the easier circuit experiences.

2. Turned in my 5-star ticket and got a McLaren Group 3 car! Nice.

3. Took my ill-gotten gains to the Legendary Cars lot to buy the Honda F1 car - veered off at the last minute to buy the Pennzoil GTR instead because I'm a dumbass.

4. Ran a couple of group 4 races to wash the taste of CE out of my mouth.

5. Decided to run the Le Mans money grind race for the first time. I've been avoiding it because it sounded boring. My '89 Corvette obliterated the race on a one-stopper. Took my 825k and decided it was a pretty fun way to test a car setup and make some money in the process - I do the same thing to test top speed gearing with the arcade races at SSRX.

After reading about this on another thread I took the Racing Kart 125 Shifter on the WTC600 at Grand Valley. Never driven it before. First race I had some spills but still came in second. Next race I won by 10 seconds.

It loses out on the straights but is demolishes the touring cars in the twistys. I've never been so entertained and scared at the same time! Weaving in and out of very large touring cars in a tiny racing car makes you feel very exposed (even virtually)!

Started today from where I finished yesterday: won a GR Supra RZ '19 from the Wheel of (Mis)Fortune and thus went looking for a 600pp Tokyo tune. It was kinda hard so I eventually went with a bit of a Frankenstein between Master Praiano's 700pp for the 2020 MY and some stuff found on the internet.

Apparently with wing B and 154 downforce on the rear, with stock brakes and Intermediate tires, the car has 700+ hp and 540-something PP, making it kinda broken. However I'm not the best at running in Tokyo and now the CRB is not a guarantee, in fact I did lose it; at least I realized that I hate that race and will try to keep myself far from it. Which means the Supra needed to be converted to 700pp.

One of my best Le Mans racers, extremely gentle on tires, maybe not the fastest but the grip is awesome, won by a minute and a half with a two stopper strategy with no tire changes, always on RH. What a machine! Wheel of (Mis)Fortune for the day was a 4* that insulted me with 10k.

My newly found hatred for Tokyo however led me to converting another car from 600pp to 700pp, and this time it was the VR38-swapped Lancia Delta.

This car dominates Le Mans as if it was nothing, was in first place by the end of lap 1 and even on map 6 it's a beast of a car. Strongly advise it for this race!

While I was racing this Le Mans, midnight passed so I did get another Wheel of (Mis)Fortune ticket, which this time was a 6* wow! Prize was a Red Bull x2019 Competition that I already have, and thus I've flipped it at the UCD for more than a million. All this extra money meant it was time to buy one of my favourite cars from the history of Gran Turismo...

Gonna try it probably tomorrow, what a beautiful car!

I bought and tuned 14 997 Porsches, gave them all wide bodies and cup car livery’s and tuned them all to 620pp ready for some Porsche Cup racing. I’m skint now and need to grind a bit as want to have a full grid of 20 cars to start a custom championship. Also got to knock a spreadsheet up to keep track of the points which I’ll have to do over the weekend as I’m back to work next week.

I also completed my late 60’s to mid 70’s GT grid which now includes Maserati, Toyota, Nissan (Datsun) as well as Porsche, Ferrari, Renault Lamborghini, Chevrolet, De Tomaso, BMW, Alfa Romeo, Dodge, Ford and Citroen. With all cars tuned to around 500pp with my own bop. All cars have wide bodies and period correct liveries.
I ran a couple of 10 lap races with them. First in a Mustang and secondly in a Pantera. Still some bop tweaks to do before I create a custom championship with them but each test race so far has been immensely fun.

On the GTP account, I ran Sarthe with the Dodge Viper Gr.4. At the last moment, and after looking at the radar thinking the end of lap 4-lap 5 might get wet, I decided to make it a 1-stop race, so I ran lap 4 with FM6. Tire wear seems to be a bit more severe than before; I almost had no tread left after 7 dry laps, though lap 7 was still under 4:20.

The 3-star Wheel of Despair (what is this, Groundhog Day?) gave the low-showing 10,000 Cr. Guess I should be happy it wasn't the 5,000 Cr. it gave me yesterday. I also did a few online time trial laps at Daytona, ultimately getting a marginal silver time, then a few laps at this week's WRS time trial.

On the Plus account, I used the Ford Mustang Gr.4 (in stock form, not the ancient-yet-better Jump Ace tune) at Sarthe. It would have been a marginal win in the dry - fortunately, it wasn't. I came back down for intermediates on lap 4 after taking a good look at the radar. The rest of the field waited until it was too late on lap 5.

The second 5-star Wheel of Despair of the year, and the first from the marathon, gave the middle-showing/lowest-possible 100,000 Cr. on an all-cash wheel, just like the first. I do have enough for the current 20,000,000-Cr. Hagerty's unicorn, but I would prefer to get that on the GTP account. I doubt there will be enough time, especially since there's several cars I need to get multiples of for engine purposes there.

After missing a couple of days while work was busy, I've done my new usual of a Sardegna grind for cash and a couple of races at Grand Valley. Took a Tomahawk round which was silly and much tweazy. Tried again with the M3 in the historic. Only got third but had great fun doing it. Not sure if it's the best car for this race or I'm still rubbish at the course. Or both. Probably both.

Grinding for the MP4/4 and the Pagani invitation when they come around, so didn't buy anything today. 5 star ticket gave a Mustang gr4 I already have so sold it for 103k.

Also having fun reading all the PSVR2 posts. Tempted.

Ran a few more TT's, dropped a few more tenths. Brought my new Pantera/Coyote to LeMans for it's maiden voyage. Nice. Also ran some races at Grand Valley. I'll like it much better when I remember where I'm going. Got 5k from the wheel.

Note to self: Remove the Strong setting on CS after the TT runs this week. :)

I took the new Honda to LeMans. I was planning on a no stop run but I put RH on. The rain came around lap 3 andit was a downpour. I switched to IMs because I didn't buy wets so I had fun slipping and sliding for 2 laps. I spun out quite a few times but all the rain slowed me down enough to actually finish on lap 6 w/o waiting at the finish line. I got a 6* ticket for all my troubles and got a Huarya engine😁
