I don't think Williams will be better than they were last year.
Also,these cars look really ugly.
Williams were badly crippled by the Exhaust Blown Diffuser. The Cosworth engine was years behind in regards to engine mapping, and therefore, could not blow air into the diffuser as well as any other engine. That, and major technical reshuffling within the team, and directed focus to this year so that a repeat of 2011 never happens again, means that they made no progress in 2011.
