Thanks Kamy. I have quite a bit of oversteer which I need to try and sort before the race tbh. Really eating my rear tyres with the setup I've got at the moment with all the oversteer.
 
I raced with eppe last night wit 14 cars on grid, didnt experience any lag what so ever, so i think eppe should host tonights race for the gt300 guys.

For the GT500, we had a couple of races three days ago. I think Sigma was the best with a 1.29 in free run with his GTR. He did a 1.28 with a Takata Dome '03, but that might have been in the race where drafting can give a better time.

I tried a bit yesterday and got in the mid 1.30 with both the Lexux and GTR. A 1.29 should be possible with some better driving and set-up.
 
Tried to install the Photobucket Uploader for Firefox, but didn´t work.
What are U using to upload pics from web?

It shows 6.5 M download / 0.79 Upload ping 35ms.

Dont wanna risk to host today.

PS3 gives me NAT 2 and bandwith high.
 
Internet speed is pretty irrelevent a good ping time is more important.
Any average DSL has enough speed capacity to host.
Don't put the room on fixed ownership and everybody in the room is hosting anyway.

I have 8mb down with half a meg upload.
And i have hosted 16 player rooms on gt5,
Also 40+ player rooms on BF2 and full lobbies on Modern Warfare with no problems.

I can host the gt500's tonight if there isnt a host allready.
 
I'm sure I signed myself up for this race earlier in the week. Never mind though, if there are places available, I am up for taking part. 👍

Today, Friday, Febuari 4th, 2011, an UNOFFICIAL race will be held at INDY ROAD.

There are spots left for GT500's. So I'll add you to the list of competitors. 👍

The grids are now final! Anyone entering from no on, will just take the next open spot on the grid, no matter the points collected during preseason. That's because we don't want to have any problems due to someone entering in the last minute. It's simply an organization issue 👍

READ THIS

STARTPROCEDURE: I will set the race for 36 laps. When the countdown reaches zero, DON'T MOVE. Take of 1 by 1 according to the grid list in this post for the formationlap. When we are out on the the oval part again, before the main straight, slow down and wait for everyone to take hes position, keep on rolling towards the startline. When the pole position cars floors it just before the startline, the race is ON! The number 1 driver (pole position) will use the inside lane, number 2 will be first on the outside lane. So ODD numbers according to the grid list will stay on the inside lane behind JohnKiller2 for GT500's and behind GTP_Senninha for GT300's. EVEN numbers will line up behind Paginas in the outside lane for GT500's and behind Moieman for GT300's.
NO PASSING BEFORE THE START/FINISHLINE IS CROSSED.
POLE CAR WILL "FLOOR IT" SOMEWHERE JUST BEFORE CROSSING THE STARTLINE.

NOTE: Does of you that don't have any points yet, or not beeing on the standingstable, you are at the end of the pack.

Also, even dough the race is unofficial, I strongly recommend any new driver that have not yet read the OP. Make sure you fully understand them, and also, take a close look at the OLR.
We are only 2 races (this and La Sarthe) away from "the real deal", so my hopes are that we will keep the race clean, to really try to prepare for the season. In the end, the cleaner the racing, the better for all of us.

Competitors approved according to the list can sign up in both classes untill the grid is full. Only drivers from the official list is approved for entering the race.
