Stage 2 Turbo for the Lexus stays.

So in order to test this, no one should race with the Xanavi Z in the remaining preseason events. I'm listed to use the Z, but I will have a go with the Lexus instead on friday.

Way too much. Bumps it up to 370 (iirc) or something from 333/338

Did again a test to compare different GT-R:s. Test track again the familiar Deep Forest. Running 10 laps on each car with Racing Softs, all aids off. All cars with the same setting:
DF 40/65, Max S.290km/h, LSD 10/10/10, RH -15/-15
SR 19/19, DE 9/8, DC 9/8, ARB 6/6, CA 3.0/2.0, Toe -0.2/0 B 9/8

RESULTS:

As You can see from the results, Z still nr 1. Lexus with Stage 2 Turbo is faster than the GT-R:s even not broken-in.
Its true that the Woodone is trickier to drive, I needed more laps to get 1 good, I was spinning around with it a bit, sure its even trickier online.
The Motul Autech was steady and fine, wish I had a fully broken-in to compare with the other. Now with only 0.300 behind the other GT-R:s. Im sure it will be as fast as the others when reached 518hp.

Just done a speed test and my speed not good enough to host because there is always 3 ps3s running of our router plus and laptops. So maybe put it mixed class.

Host 1 will host 8 gt500 cars + 8 gt300
Host 2 will host 8 gt500 cars + 8 gt300

or something like that.

How about the amount of laps? Is 35 laps ok with everyone?

Also, even dough the race is unofficial, I strongly recommend any new driver that have not yet read the OP. Make sure you fully understand them, and also, take a close look at the OLR.
We are only 2 races (this and La Sarthe) away from "the real deal", so my hopes are that we will keep the race clean, to really try to prepare for the season. In the end, the cleaner the racing, the better for all of us. 👍

Competitors approved according to the list can sign up in both classes untill the grid is full. Only drivers from the official list is approved for entering the race.

i know its going to be hard spliting up the groups (plus we dont have full grids) but we could just use the standings as positions (like La Sarthe).

Plus if we go ahead with split groups i think KamyKaze seems to be the only decent host il pm him now....

It's because we are doing it simple this week. In this case, we don't need to do any qualification, just show up and race... 👍

Indy road is a very good race track. I haven't figured out to drive it fast yet, but it has a nice mix of turns where a lot of time can be gained or lost.

Just one note of caution. If you draft someone on the long straight and break behind a car, the breaking distance is much longer. There is a barrier at the end of the straight and the distance to the pits is a whole lap. It doesn't take much of a bump the send the car in front into the barrier and then its the end of the race. If a driver does that, I actually think he/she should get a disq.
