Only the top 10 in points need to confirm. All others just need to show up for KOQ. The reason for the top 10 to confirm is so I know how many positions I can take to the main event races from KOQ.

Sorry but season three is currently locked to new drivers as we are at our limit of 30 active drivers. Next opportunity to join will be in about 4 weeks when we finish up season 3. Thanks
 
Sorry @GGGMotorsport, but I'm going to need to back out for tonight. My oldest had a rough first day of school and I need to deal with that.

In addition, I won't be racing next Wednesday.

It's all good man, I couldn't stay the whole time anyway, I got first day of school myself tomorrow lol, and when I did race I was both rusty from vacation and just plain bad with the combo, controller with that combo just wasn't nearly as fast as the wheel guys, first real time the difference has been that noticeable

I will be posting the official Race Incident Report process shortly however, if any of you feel the need to report a racing incident, First, take some time to review the replay first, and if you still want to submit it, please send me and the other driver(s) involved a PM (by 10:00pm Eastern Thursday) respectfully detailing the incident. Be sure to include the race, lap and time stamp of the incident. I will then have it reviewed and get back to you.

From what I can tell, yes!

KOQ was intense at the end. Several drivers moving up in the closing minutes with the difference from making the main event or going home was .003!

Nice. I can't wait to be a part of next week! Too bad I'm not a contender for the points this season, I really enjoy following that.

Anyone in this thread follow F1 closely?

Looks like it passed the test! Again, sorry about that.

One thing that Im very proud of is that we ran two 40 min races tonight with ZERO connection issues. All racers that started the races, finished the races! [knocking on wood]
 
Some good racing last nite. The qualifying was tight also for the first heat, congrat to WiiFreak on the wins! Easy track to spin out or hit a bit of grass and flying. Nice to see full fields and stable lobby.
 
Some good racing last night. Gonna have to have another long talk with that crew chief and driver of mine. First race, crew chief had a moment and poured 77 liters in the tank when I know we had decided to put just 33 in. Second race, the idiot driver got out in the marbles in turn one and went off on a john deere expedition.

At least we were only about .5-.75 slower than @WiiFreak on fresh tires. Someday the driver might learn how to drive on worn tires.

Props to @euclid58 . He drove 2 fine races and Drunk Dragons collected some good points with our one behind the other finishes.

We are poised to take the fight to BrntGhost, who appear to be taking a page from the Mercedes F1 team.

Don't feel bad. My crew chief mis-calculated fuel consumption by 4 litres. I can't be too mad though, I hired him. BTW, yes , congrats to euclid58 for giving me personally an epic 80 minute battle! CONGRATS

Going into this season's schedule, I knew Indy RC was going to be a tough track for me to really push the car to its limits as there were too many "trouble spots" for me that would ruin a good finish. When doing some early testing, I figured there would be no way I could go on 1 stop due to the tire ware and this car however during the shakedown races, @Parcells2 was able to run the 20 min race with no pit stops and didn't lose too much time. Considering how long the pit lane is at indy, I decided test out that strategy and as long as I kept the lap times at around 1:26.5xx (on fresh tires) I could make the tires last and go with a single stop pit strategy and 26 litters of fuel.

The challenge for me was to race the track and not get into a heated battle with someone and try and push the car to hard. When I did pit (and at the end of the race) my left front had just gone down to 2 with the rears in decent shape. I knew I would not get a win with this strategy however I wasn't going to get a win anyways so I went with points racing this week. @brntguy, @WiiFreak & @euclid58 (and perhaps a few others) used the same strategy and based on the results, it looks like 1 pit stop was the call for this track. Not so sure how that will work at HSR next week though.

Really happy for teammate (@brntguy) for his career best results this week with a pair of 2nd place finishes! Way to go buddy!

I should have the results posted shortly and will be looking for post #1111 for an announcement if anyone is interested in playing the game.
 
Parcells don’t play games (that’s a lie, of course I do, games are moocho fun) but maybe this post assists???

Congrats on the podium Brnt, knew for sure you were one of the people Grimm expected to podium this season (because you’ve been sandbagging, come on you can admit it :)) and while it also may be a bit premature I would like to offer my congratulations to BrntGrimm racing on winning the season 3 team championship and if that bit of fodder doesn’t entice other teams to come after you guys I don’t know what will.

I’ve spread my joy, my work here is done. Back to work that pays me for doing so
 
Well, just for the sake of talking a little trash here, had my crew chief not assed up the second pit stop in race 1, at least you G, wouldn't have made the podium there. Race 2 was a bit more unpredictable and my driver going off in the early laps cost as much as the crew chief's mistake did in the first race. Only reason I managed to pass euclid in the last turn was he didn't catch his turn in soon enough to carry good speed down the finish straight.
